KS gần biển, gần trung tâm, đi bộ ăn uống, mua sắm, tắm biển rất tiện. Bên cạnh KS có quán coffee khá chill.
KS nằm ở khu vực khá yên tĩnh, phố nhỏ xinh, vắng, sạch sẽ.
