The hotel must upgrade the hallways too and add aircondition. Lifts take a long time to arrive.

Location and apartments was nice and clean.

Cons:

Elevator was very slow and no air con in the corridors while waiting for the elevators. Lobby is very small from the front door so so you can feel the hot air every time the doors open. The windows need to be clean on the outside for the view.

Spacious room with kitchen and big dining area
Strategic location, close to shopping centre
There’s a shuttle bus service to go to shopping mall

Cons:

There is a long queue to get to the elevator, the wait is quite long

Very friendly staffs . Extremely cozy stay
Pros:

Staffs were extremely polite.
Breakfast was sumptous, Love the Hot cocoa.
It helps that it starts at 6am.
The 2 bedroom suite was huge. Lots of Space. Had everything needed inside .
3 huge Tvs too.

Cons:

I saw 2 cockcroaches.

Wish there were 3 lifts working instead of only 2.

The staff were friendly They upgraded me for free.

Cons:

The elevator was just congested, but the third elevator was broken. Personally, I would like to have an indicator on what floor the elevator is on when I queue for it on each floor. You’re waiting there without knowing if the elevator is coming up or down.
