Pros:

Hotel con tutto il necessario per un ottimo soggiorno, bella la piscina,camera familiare spaziosa, buona la cena ed anche la colazione. Personale cortese e disponibile.

È già la seconda volta che ci torno e mi sono trovato benissimo gentili cordiali ottima posizione e ottima colazione c'era di tutto ci ritorno quando ci sono I mercatini di natale a Levico Terme grazie mille per la disponibilità e cortesia ci tornerò presto grazie mille

3 MOTIVI: 1. Staff poco cortesi - 2. Materasso e cuscini scomodissimi! 3. Abbiamo avuto problemi con il lampadario, non riusciva a spegnere completamente abbiamo chiesto aiuto ma ci hanno risposto che non potevano aiutarci abbiamo dovuto spegnere tutta la corrente in camera senza usare le prese. Non ci torneremo.

Pros:

Family run hotel where everyone was welcoming and friendly. The meals were amazing and as we arrived on motorcycles, we were pleased that there's out of the way parking for those too. The swimming pool was great and the views from both the pool and our room were stunning.

Cons:

My only niggle, and its a small one is, it would be better if there was a toilet by the pool rather than having to walk back to our room as I think some people might take the easy option because if this.

Aria condizionata in camera non era funzionante.
Qualcuno dello staff è entrato in camera senza bussare alle 8 di mattina. Si sono affacciati dalla porta e vedendo che c’era ancora qualcuno nel letto sono usciti.
