Emerald hotel

Breakfast andBreakfast was not good, they didn't provide the water, juice, fruits, only fries and boil egg was available. location was good near to airport and border crossing.

Уютный отель, расположенный в старой части города, откуда удобно дойти пешком до всех основных локаций Бухары. Очень классный ремонт, в местном стиле. Удобные, просторные номера особенно понравился сан узел с мозаикой. Аутентично. Кстати, очень крутые завтраки. Обязательно вернусь сюда, недалеко от проезжей части тем не менее, что удобно, чтобы долго не тащить чемоданы.

Comfortable rooms, superb breakfast and very friendly staff. The hotel was in a quiet location a short walk to all the main sights. We arrived from the sleeper train very early and were able to check in on arrival which we really appreciated. Gorgeous courtyard. We only stayed two nights but we had fresh towels and our room cleaned during our stay - we greatly appreciated that as it was unexpected in such a short stay. Complimentary tea and bottled water in the room on arrival. For some reason, many places we have stayed at don't have lamps??? This hotel did which we were glad for. We checked out very early, around 7am and were offered an early breakfast before departure. There is a kind lady who makes all sorts of coffee in the mornings for guests. Breakfast was varied and the fresh fruit was delicious. If you are looking for a luxurious stay in a quiet area with attentive and friendly staff look no further. We would definitely stay again.

The room is beautiful, the staff is helpful and friendly, the breakfast is good with some local flavours.

Beautiful hotel with a nice courtyard and very quiet.

We arrived at the hotel early in the morning and were warmly welcomed by Kareem, who kindly accommodated our early arrival and even provided complimentary breakfast. The reception staff were consistently helpful and attentive throughout our stay, especially Buxteyar and Kareem, who went above and beyond to make our experience comfortable.

The hotel was exceptionally clean, and the location was great, within walking distance of many attractions, with easy access to taxis just a two-minute walk to the main road.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Emerald Hotel and would highly recommend it!

The staff were incredibly attentive, helpful, and friendly throughout our entire stay. We received such a warm welcome from the moment we arrived. The breakfast was absolutely amazing — we loved it! Our room was very clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect. If I ever visit again, this will definitely be the only place I’ll stay. Highly recommended!

La struttura è bella e vicino al centro. Lo staff eccezionale ci è venuto incontro per qualsiasi esigenza compreso il check out alle 15.00. Bakhtiyov è stato il punto forte dell'accoglienza, parla benissimo inglese ed è molto professionale. La doccia super e la colazione molto buona.
