Très bon séjour
Pros:

Hôtel présentant un confort réel mais discret et élégant. Le client trouve tout ce dont il a besoin.

Cons:

Probablement l’accès payant à l’espace spa. Cela aurait dû être intégré au prix des nuitées, sauf pour les soins, massages,…s’il y en a.

In general greate stay with some small problems.
Pros:

Clean, very good spa, nice suite, excellent service.

Cons:

The mattress in the suite are terrible too soft, you can’t sleep. They must replace them with better quality firm mattress. And the suite was vey expensive.

10/10 experience!
Pros:

We came here on our honeymoon and absolutely loved our stay. We especially loved the spa and the breakfast. The staff went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. We would stay again in a heartbeat!

Nice but some problems
Pros:

The staff was lovely, helpful, friendly. Really went out of their way for us. The breakfast was very good, varied and rich and included fresh fruit and fresh vegetables

Cons:

1. Although we knew we were getting a room on "the lower floor" nowhere did it say that the room is accessible only by stairs. 2. The shower/bathtub was very high, difficult to get in and out and even risky. 3The design of the room included a truly annoying, even offensive feature - the bathtub is clearly visible to the bedroom through a window with no way to have privacy in the shower. Of course we had no idea of this in advance. Another flaw - there were no outlets by the beds.

Cons:

- kostenpflichtiger Spa (ca. 70€ pro Person pro Tag, auch als Hotelgast)
- Frühstück entspricht nicht dem, was man von einem Hotel dieser Preiskategorie erwartet
- Zimmer sind in die Jahre gekommen
