Nice but some problems
Pros:

The staff was lovely, helpful, friendly. Really went out of their way for us. The breakfast was very good, varied and rich and included fresh fruit and fresh vegetables

Cons:

1. Although we knew we were getting a room on "the lower floor" nowhere did it say that the room is accessible only by stairs. 2. The shower/bathtub was very high, difficult to get in and out and even risky. 3The design of the room included a truly annoying, even offensive feature - the bathtub is clearly visible to the bedroom through a window with no way to have privacy in the shower. Of course we had no idea of this in advance. Another flaw - there were no outlets by the beds.

I really don’t like the rooms on the Arena side at all. From the moment you enter, the area looks very dirty and poorly maintained. It really doesn’t feel worthy of the price I paid.
The room layout is also very poorly designed and not comfortable to stay in. Unfortunately, since I had already paid for the room in advance, I had no choice but to accept it.

Nice spot to luxuriate after hiking thru the islands
Pros:

Luxurious for the Faroe Islands. Nice location overlooking the town. Breakfast and dinner were excellent although breakfast area was a little crowded. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Pros:

The location is very convenient being close to the city centre but still a bit outside so that you can enjoy the nice views over the city. Our room was very comfortable - warm and nice beds. Everywhere was completely clean. Staff at reception and at breakfast are friendly. The breakfast is very tasty and varied.
