Cons:

staff hardly helped me when i was sick. i paid for breakfast every morning but missed it due to my sickness, which included rice. on the night i was sick i asked for rice (the ones they provide for breakfast that i paid for) and the staff made me pay for the rice in the morning when it should have come as complimentary as I was sick and never attended my paid breakfast.

Pros:

L'Hotel és perfecte, tant d'instal·lacions com el personal. Ofereixen shuttle gratuit a les platges en diferents horaris. Potser seria ideal tenir més opcions de tarda, però en tot cas, és d'agrair. Tota la carta de menjar és boníssima.

Cons:

L'únic però, seria l'esmorzar. Posen molt d'amor a la cuina i és nota, però nosaltres no estem acostumats a un esmorzar típic local amb peix, etc. Seria bo tenir altres opcions.

Fantastic place! Top location!
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely little hotel. It’s very well located, just a short walk from the ferry, making it extremely convenient.

The staff were exceptional—friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. One of the highlights was the complimentary shuttle to the beach. Even after checking out, they kindly allowed us to continue using the beach shuttle, provided us with beach towels, and picked us up in the afternoon so we could return to the hotel and catch our ferry. This made our last day so much more enjoyable.

The rooms are small, and the bed is on the smaller side, but everything was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and well maintained.

We highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service, convenient location, and outstanding hospitality.

Pros:

It was nothing especially to like. It was one of the most expensive hotels and the one with less standards. However I was bitten by fleas or bedbugs, so hygiene was lacking. My room was on the third floor but no elevator, this could have been mentioned by booking.
When I checkout I asked the receptionist if a staff member could drive me to the ferry because I had really heavy luggage. He said no because the port is a five-minute walk away. That's true, but with heavy luggage and big heat, it takes much more time.
Fortunately two friends helped me.
I won't never go back to this hotel and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Management is only interested in taking customers' money

Pros:

Que tuviera bus para transportar a las playas, éramos un grupo de 11 personas y nos llevaron y trajeron de vuelta al hotel, también a mi esposo se le quedo la llave dentro de la habitación y nos ayudaron, ya que eran pasadas las 11 de la noche . Muy amables ,limpio , cerca del muelle, lejos de las playas aunque hay transporte.

Cons:

Las almohadas ,si fuera el dueño las cambio por unas más cómodas ,el desayuno un poco mas Variado para turistas no okinawense de japoneses.

Pros:

阿波連港まで送迎していただき、私達はレンタカーを利用しましたが、阿波連ビーチやとかしくビーチ行きのバスもありました。
またスタッフの皆さんはとても優しく気持ち良く過ごせました。

Cons:

旅行客が多く荷物も多いのにエレベーターがなかったことです。
スタッフさんがお手伝いはしてくれますが、エレベーターがあれば良かったです。
あと部屋にケトルはありますが、レンジレンジがあれば良かったです。
