It is not a hotel. It is a building with abandoned rooms where nobody is there at any time. The room premises are in a very bad shape, in reality they destroyed and nobody seems to care. I tried to communicate with the personnel (they prefer whats up), they gave me twice appointments and they never appear, telling me lies that they came over but I wasn't there! First time in my life I found so unprofessional people. They show no respect to customer's time and needs and they have the approach "that I owe you nothing but I want your cash" (not credit card of course). Booking .com should not have them on their site until they educate themselves on how to behave and run their business properly. It is really a shame, particularly by saying so many lies. Avoid by any means.

Cleaner rooms drooped some thing under the bed was full of dust and has not been cleaned for months sheets where full of stains in 7 days room was never done and used towels for a week bathroom you shower water runs all over and had malfunction noisy air extractor too much stairs and no reception no a/c working it was hot

We booked this hotel specifically because the room was advertised as having air conditioning, which we expected to need at the end of May. However, upon arrival on a particularly hot day, we discovered that the air conditioning was not working.

When we contacted reception, we were informed that the hotel does not switch on the air conditioning throughout the property until 10 June, which they consider the start of the summer season. This restriction was not mentioned anywhere in the listing. Had this been made clear, I would not have booked this hotel.

I asked whether a fan could be provided as an alternative, but the hotel was unwilling to supply one. As a result, we had no choice but to sleep with the window open. Unfortunately, there was a bar directly outside playing loud music until around 2am, making it very difficult to sleep. Given that temperatures had reached approximately 28°C that day, the room remained uncomfortably hot throughout the night.

What was most disappointing was the lack of any effort to resolve the issue or offer compensation for the inconvenience. We paid for a room with air conditioning and did not receive what was advertised, which resulted in a very uncomfortable night's sleep.

I had booked a deluxe room - with a mini kitchen, sofa, extra amenities - I paid extra for this room. I was upset to see that I was given a very basic room. When I spoke to the staff the next day (I had a late arrival so the keys were left out for me), the claimed speaking little English and didn't understood what I said. I have asked booking.com to refund the difference of the basic vs deluxe room, but to no avail

Very small room, crammed, about 10 sq meter only, while my booking was a Deluxe Double room with Extra bed of 32 sq meter! My room type photo didn't show in their photo gallery. So it looks like a scam. Room was on Grd floor with Public passer by about 1.5 metre away AND they can see my room interior on eye level unless completely pull down the shutter. Very undesirable ! Furniture was of miniature and sleazy low quality. There is not exactly an Air Conditioner in the room but a ventilator. Temp in my room at mid night still hovering around 26 deg C (Day time temp was 30 deg C) and you ain't got cool air ! So staying inside was hugely discomfort. Shower space was tiny and with no curtain, end up the whole bath room wet !
