Ett bra hotell med ett bra läge i Almaty
Pros:

Det gick att sova bra i rummet, eftersom luftkonditioneringen fungerade bra och sängen var komfortabel. Ett plus för duschskåpet, vilket gjorde det lättare att hålla toaletten torr. Frukosten var inte så speciell, men det finns tillräckligt med alternativ för att starta dagen på ett bra sätt. Det finns dricksvatten i korridoren på varje våning, vilket är också ett plus. Dessutom måste jag säga att städarna var mycket vänliga och hjälpsamma.

Cons:

Hotellpersonalen var flegmatisk. Det finns ingen riktig kundservice. Man säger att det finns 24/7 reception, men sen när man befinner sig vid receptionen kl. 5.15 på morgonen för att checka ut, finns ingen personal där.

Tvål som delades ut varje dag var så litet att det föll i avloppet. Lite större tvål skulle inte vara till skada. Alternativt kunde man ha en flaska flytande tvål i varje rum, som man fyller på vid behov.

Lite mera engagemang skulle göra upplevelsen ännu bättre. Jag skriver det här, eftersom jag vill att ni ska förbättra och på det sättet få fler kunder.

What was only good was the location. Its near the metro station and pick up location for tours

Cons:

The breakfast was disappointing. The carpet in the bedroom was dusty. The towels are ragged.

Только работа и отношение персонала

Cons:

Состояние и меблировка номеров - даже слова подобрать сложно. Мебель просто давно требует утилизации. На кроватях спать не возможно. В ванной комнате чернота от плесени, старая мебель и напольные покрытия дают такой запах, что при открытых окнах находиться в номере сложно. У нас был включен завтрак - после первого посещения "ресторана", мы завтракали в отеле, расположенного напротив))). В номере даже не было холодильника.

Отличное расположение! Близко от станции метро, до всех достопримечательностей можно дойти пешком. В целом все, что нужно в номере есть. Завтрак простой, но в целом нормальный. Вода в кулерах на этаже.

Cons:

Кондиционер старый и не работал, так и не разобрался как его включить, но было не жарко, поэтому не стал разбираться.
В целом мелких минусов много, но это хороший бюджетный вариант гостиницы в центре города, если нужно остановиться на 1-2 ночи.
