Exceptional

Everything there was exceptional especially the staffs and the cleanliness. Location is great, nice, very safe and decent.

Cons:

Nothing except my price that keeps going higher because I had to stay there for a long time because of the treatment and the hospitality I received there.

The bed was very comfortable

The tv wasn't working
There was no clothes rack (towel rack was available)
I would prefer if a small table and a chair was available in case guests needed to do some work.

Pros:

The location is perfect! Right on the street of seapoint and 2 minute walk to the beach. This is one of the best value for money places i have ever stayed at! Comfy beds, loads of hot water, a tv and a beautiful balcony view.
