Good stay but could have been better with services , room and facilities
Pros:

Breakfast spread was good , as per 3 star expectations. Good mix of English and South Indian breakfast.
Room was quite spacious , however requested for single bed , the room mentioned as luxury has 2 beds attached and the staff was unable replace it within 2 days , as I had already opted during booking in advance. Was offered different room which was actually a luxury room but smaller in size. The other room in the booking was not up to mark. had issues with door lock which was adjusted upon request, no tissue rolls replaced, some lights were not working, TV was not working.Both room were standard converted to luxury.
Dinner and Lunch was chargeable. They have 2 restaurants Waves and Blue mist , waves was really good with taste and meny spread.

Every thing was good but the food was 'hot" and full of spices which invitees should have the option of selecting spicy or non spicy food . This needs attention on the part of owner/s

Decent place for a short stay.
Pros:

We had most of our meals at the hotel. The taste and quality of the food was good. The staff was helpful.

Cons:

The rooms could have been a bit more well-maintained. The breakfast spread lacked variety and the room service was a bit slow.
