Quiet place near to Heathrow
Pros:

It was such a quiet place and the room comfortable and clean.
It is in a residential area but has good transport links.
The staff weee extremely helpful and someone is available 24 hours a day.

Fantastic air conditioning, Comfortable rooms, helpful staff

The water smells and tastes like bleach

Lovely stay, clean and air conditioned!
Pros:

Clean, air conditioned, staff were lovely and helpful, the courtyard outside our room was really nice, bedroom was comfy with plenty of sockets. Shower was nice and powerful

Cons:

Parking was a bit of a pain as we didn’t know it had to be prebooked. There is on street parking but it’s hit or miss on getting a space, prebooked parking is £20 per night

Great little hotel but parking is an issue.
Pros:

We liked the location and the value for money. The rooms were quiet and clean. We were literally only in the hotel for 6 hours and didn't use any of the hotels facilities.

Cons:

The pillows were awful. They were so hard and there wasn't any alternatives in the room. We were also told about the first come first serve parking but I was left cruising the streets after midnight trying to find somewhere to park as we had a very late check in after a concert at Wembley.

Pros:

Perfect location for a flying visit to friends. Quiet - so a good night’s sleep.
Air Con - unexpected in the UK, but very very welcome.
Pre-bookable parking on site - £20 per night - but worth it as on street parking is pretty impossible.
