Great little hotel but parking is an issue.
Pros:

We liked the location and the value for money. The rooms were quiet and clean. We were literally only in the hotel for 6 hours and didn't use any of the hotels facilities.

Cons:

The pillows were awful. They were so hard and there wasn't any alternatives in the room. We were also told about the first come first serve parking but I was left cruising the streets after midnight trying to find somewhere to park as we had a very late check in after a concert at Wembley.

Short but sweet - ideal for a flying vist.
Pros:

Perfect location for a flying visit to friends. Quiet - so a good night’s sleep.
Air Con - unexpected in the UK, but very very welcome.
Pre-bookable parking on site - £20 per night - but worth it as on street parking is pretty impossible.

Best stay ever.
Pros:

It was an amazing, spacious and beautiful double room. Everything was so good about staying here. So far the best place I've ever booked in west London

A great find! Would definitely stay there again if flying out of Heathrow.

Decent enough stay. Mrs had work early in southall which was 15 mins away at 5am so much easier to stay the night. Found

Friendly staff in the hotel and restaurant, very comfortable bed. Rooms were clean and cosy. The whole place has a cheerful atmosphere. Great location near Heathrow airport too.

Pros:

Everything was thought off, I couldn’t find a reason to fault

Cons:

Parking is £20, even though they had empty spaces, didn’t use ev charge because that’s steep as well

Rosemay, a wonderful Stay
Pros:

Staff were so friendly and helpful and the rooms were nice, clean and comfortable.
Food at the cafe was delicious and fresh, as was the coffee.
