Not enough hangers
We have stayed at the Rosemay before. It's brilliantly located to access off the M40/A40. If you are comfortable walking 2km then it's easy access to the station and the Elizabeth line. Easy access therefore to Heathrow or into the heart of London.
Staff have always been very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast at £14 isn't the cheapest but the quality is excellent. There are 4 EV charging points if like me you drive electric.
In the warm weather we made the most of the open courtyard and balcony areas to sit in the evening with a bottle of wine.
One of the towels had a very questionable stain on it.
The pillows are hard and left me with a stiff neck each morning.
EV charging price is way to steep £0.95 per kWhr especially when like i did, it's plugged in overnight which should automatically be a lower tariff.

Room was unclean, blond hair in the shower, dirty towel, sink toilet seat and tap are all broken

I messaged twice to book limited parking and got no response. In the end I called and everything was fine.

The Shower and bathroom might be one of the nicest, most functional facilities Ive experienced in a hotel. Comfy bed, Nice staff and building. Modern
Few issues with marks on the wall and a very large spider trapped in the shower door, the lights are on a very strange circuit that doesn’t allow you to use the small lights unless the main lights are turned on.
We have stayed there a few times since they opened and won’t think your in hayes, the staff are so lovely
Very clean, nice and quiet. Staff were so sweet and welcoming. Luckily there wasn’t too much struggle to find parking on the streets nearby. Also it was a nice walkable distance from the town centre
Everything was great - we were only here for a night. Only thing is that I wish their latest checkout was more than an hour from the original checkout time.
