Close to location we needed
Bit dated and lifts small
very comfortable room, Dinner limited selection, however the food was good. Breakfast was ok however not cooked to order, tea and coffee should be served at table

Lack of hooks in bedroom/ bathroom
Location very poor; breakfast the worst we’ve experienced in a hotel in a long time.
Attitude of the manager who refused our request for a refund when we had to reduce our stay from 3 nights to 2. Booking.com was happy to facilitate but hotel refused. Their phone call to tell us this was rude in the extreme and lacking in any sympathy for the reason for our early departure, an unexpected funeral to attend.
Full Breakfast included. Car park was complimentry (Normally £15) and the room was spotless. Comfy bed, a TV that actually worked. Very enjoyable stay. I will happily stay again if in Southport.

Stayed here last October was excellent then;this year just the same we will definitely be back the staff make this hotel what it is from reception to the catering staff to the ladies keeping our rooms clean and topped up with tea coffee and biscuits 😀

Very nice hotel. Modern,spacious rooms and the hotel facilities are very nice.
The room was very warm and stuffy. The Airton didn't seem to cool nearly enough.
£15 for parking is very steep.
