Clean room, good view, easy to park. Good breakfast.

The modern deco, the members of staff. Especially Eva (Spanish lady) who couldn’t do enough for us. Location. Good parking. Outdoor sun terrace. The view overlooking the marine lake. (Hidden by net curtains)
No restaurant.Staying with a lady who has trouble walking so hoped to have evening meal there but all they had was the same menu as the lunch menu! We’d had lunch as we arrived
so obviously did not want the same again.
Breakfast was poor. We pre booked the day before so paid £10. Otherwise would have been £13.50. Waste of money. It was served until 10.30am,we sat down at 10.15. The English breakfast looked all dried up & wasn’t refreshed with items. The fresh fruit consisted of pieces of watermelon. (Never seen no choice of fruit at a 4 star hotel before)
No charging sockets at the side of beds.(room had 2 double beds in)

Extremely hot room due to weather although a fan was in the room Lack of organisation when fire alarm went off at 1230am, no staff to advise us what was happening if we could return to the rooms very disorganised.

Waiting for a lift to the 5th floor. Only one of the two lifts working. The hotel looks a little tired around the edges. Stayed here twice, 7 and 8 years ago and there is definitely a depreciation in quality. That said, it was still an enjoyable stay.

We had 2 rooms, in 1 there was a cupboard door hanging off, in the other the toilet flush didn’t work properly.
The Hotel is in a good location. Nice and quiet. Nice view at the moment.
Nice staff and lovely decor. Large room, 2 great big beds.
A few things let it down. Mainly a very poor choice of continental breakfast choice. The cooked food was almost cold, plates are cold. Eggs like rubber. Attention to detail needed. Everyone looking for bowls or side plates.
The rooms are rather warm and aircon didn't work.
But there was at least a good fan in the room.
The window didn't open.
The quilts are a winter weight.
Not that the hotel can help it but there is a construction site next door. It didn't bother us.
Nice bathroom, but bath rather high for getting in and out of if your tiny like me . Good job a good hand rail.
