Very pleasant in a very comfortable place
Pros:

The room was very comfortable. The hotel is in a practical location close to the centre of town. The breakfast was very good in a quiet, pleasant room and always cooked to order without delay. When I asked the reception staff if they could print an important document for me, they did it willingly and efficiently and didn’t charge me for doing it. All the staff – at reception and in the breakfast room – were always very friendly and welcoming. And the swimming pool was excellent – not the biggest but big enough to swim in properly, not crowded, a real plus point of staying here. There was a 7-11 store close by – very useful – as well as various other shops.

Cons:

It was a dull view of a treeless forecourt from the room – but this was hardly surprising given the town centre location. Everything else was fine.

Coffee could have doubled as paint stripper

Varying floor levels. Trip hazards
Bed head - gap between it and mattress
Rock hard mattress
Light switch controls - never did find the one for above bathroom mirror!
Nowhere close to basin to hang towels
Remove the potted plant from the bathroom.

The staff is very friendliness helpful. Always doing the best they can to accommodate.

What i got was good and tasty. It would be great to have options like waffles or pancakes. More fruit choices.
