Pros:

We stayed for about a week in July, 2 parents + 1 child. We were looking for a spacious, modern room, close to the sea and to restaurants - this was a perfect match! The hotel is located right in the middle of a strech of terrific dining spots, with a convenience store right accross the road (extremely useful for families with kids), 5 minutes walk from the beach (there are a dozen beaches along the coastline, it's not just one small spot, so you can stroll and pick your spot). The hotel's facilities are practically new, I wouldn't call them luxurious but they are tastefully picked and the atmosphere is extremely pleasant. The room was clean (sheets, bathroom, kitchenware, balcony - all well maintained). The dining area is spacious and modern, and we loved the breakfast, which had decent variety and fresh igredients - everyone found their favorite breakfast. The two pools aren't huge, but just the right size for kids to play around (a nice feature is the pool bar in one, and a jacuzzi in the other). The overall layout is beautiful, full of green and very quiet (considering the proximity of most hotels in the area to the main road, the quiet atmosphere was a great bonus). The Staff is kind and helpful, there are always workers around the compound cleaning and taking care of the facilities. The guests were, generally speaking, of our profile, two parents and a child or two. We highly recommend the place.

Cons:

The cooling of the air-conditioner in the room can only reach 18 celsius and not below, which made it difficult to cool the room after returning from the pool or the beach. We solved this by... never turning it off...which is not the most enviromentally- friendly solution. If the purpose of the 18c limit is envrionmental, it might not be the best solution... (some hotels have a slot for the door card, when it's out of the slot the AC shuts down, that's a tweak we would recommend the place to try :) )

Very nice hotel
Pros:

Great location, near to beach, restaurants, supermarkets, and everything you need. The breakfast was very good and the restaurant very nice near by on of the pools. The staff was always very polite and helpful.

Cons:

The bathroom / bedroom started do smell a little bit of sewage and the last 2 days of our stay the small got worst and really bad. We've requested the reception intervention and at the end of day the bathroom smelled good but next morning it was awful again.

The location was excellent, the staff were friendly and welcoming, and the rooms were comfortable.

Cons:

The rooms could have been cleaner. In the first room we were given, there was hair on the floor and on the soap dish, the sofa had visible juice stains, and the cables beneath the dressing table were covered in mold. After we reported the issues, we were moved to another room. Although the manager didn't seem very pleased about the request, the new room was much cleaner.

people who work in the dinning room. cooks , all of the,. sooo nice and pleasant . stuff is really great.

Cons:

there is no activity for the kids and playground. there was playroom, but it was closed most of the time. it is family hotel, should have more activities for the kids in the evenings.

One our favourite stays on the island, and we were all sad to leave!
Pros:

The room had everything we needed for our stay. Comfy bed , power shower and felt spacious for 2 people.

Cons:

A few touch ups required, loose curtain rack, scratch on glass on balcony, chips on side of dressing table.
Also loud bangs when others guests shut their doors.

Serdecznie polecam ten hotel! Nasz pobyt był wspaniały!
Personel był bardzo miły, pomocny i zawsze uśmiechnięty. Hotel znajduje się bardzo blisko morza. Pokój był bardzo czysty, codziennie sprzątany, a ręczniki były wymieniane każdego dnia.
Śniadania były bardzo smaczne.Istnieje również możliwość wykupienia obiadów i kolacji.
W okolicy znajduje się wiele restauracji, kawiarni i sklepów.
Dziękujemy za wspaniały pobyt! Na pewno chętnie tu wrócimy!

A great hotel in Protaras.
We have been in many hotels in Protaras in this one is the best when it comes to cleanliness and quality of the food. Breakfast was the best we had in Cyprus. A big thanks to the lady on the fourth floor who kept our room clean every day (we have a small child) and to a guy at the pancakes in the morning who allways greated us with a smile. Would definitly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Cons:

The only thing we did not like was the price of dinner. 25 eur for each adult and half of the price for 2 year old.. so we just had breakfast and went to eat dinner outside. There is plenty of restaurants outside so you can have good dinner outside for less money. But I am sure the dinner would also be great the same as brekfast.
Also there is no kids program in the evening, but in this place I do not think it is necessary just to point that out.
