A highlight of my Turkey trip
Pros:

I don't know how to begin to thank the staff here for my stay the other night. I arrived after a 16hr bus ride from Georgia at 9am (well and truly too early for my check-in time). I requested if I could store my bags until the check-in time, however the staff insisted that my room would be ready in 15 min, and helped me feel comfortable immediately with tea and water. As I soaked up the beautiful views they invited me to have breakfast with them at no cost. This was a very special moment, and despite the language barrier we had a lovely breakfast sharing stories via translate.
After an exhausting couple of days of travel the level of hospitality and kindness that this accommodation provided was a highlight of my trip.
I encourage anyone coming to Mardin to please consider this accommodation!

Bu otelde konaklamaktan sadece güzel anılarla ayrıldık! 🌟
Odalar çok temiz ve rahattı, personel güler yüzlü ve hizmet kalitesi harikaydı. Kahvaltılar lezzetli ve çeşitliydi, otelin atmosferi ise huzurlu ve konforluydu. Özellikle misafirlere gösterilen ilgi ve özen bizi çok memnun etti.
Memnuniyetle tekrar geleceğiz ve bu oteli arkadaşlarımıza ve yakınlarımıza tavsiye edeceğiz! 😊

Местоположение. Информация для одиночных путешественников: отелей очень много, вдоль главной улицы любой отель недалеко от основных достопримечательностей. Вся улица- кафе и рестораны, торговля. Не бойтесь потеряться, любой отель найдете без труда. Трансфер HAVASH нужно заказывать. Найти достоверную информацию невозможно, каждый на вас хочет заработать. Можно уехать (и даже дойти) до главного автовокзала, от него отходит и HAVASH, и синий городской автобус. Здание вокзала в форме подковы, внутри Хаваш, снаружи подковы - городской автобус. Я остановила Хаваш на главной улице старого города, водитель довёз меня до автовокзала и показал, где автобус. Сам он отправлялся в 14:00, я уехала в 12:15.

Cons:

Вай-фай есть только на этаже администратора/столовой. В комнате сыро и холодно. Футболка после дождя не высохла за 2 дня. Душ льет под ноги и на унитаз. Вырвано управление подсветкой в номере, пришлось на ночь завешивать 4 светильника. Завтрак на фото. Отель Не рекомендую.

Avlusu çok güzeldi, manzara güzeldi, otantik bir hava vardı ve çalışanlar çok tatlıydı

Cons:

Kahvaltı zamanında hazır değildi miktar olarak da çok fazla değildi, bazı odalarda tuvalet ve banyo aynı ortamda yani duş aldığınızda tuvalet kısmını da işgal etmiş oluyorsunuz

Cons:

я ждал 2часа для заселения. там был неисправный сан узел. после заселения в комнате было очень сильный запах освежителя и так как комната была без окон то я не мог проветрить комнату. в первую ночь я обнаружил жука ( это норма для этих местностей). чесно не рекомендую этот отель возмите более дорогой так как мардин этого заслуживает

Наше пребывание в Elyans Konagi превзошло все ожидания!
Отдельная огромная благодарность Yonca и Furkan — просто замечательные менеджеры отеля. Они создавали такой уровень комфорта, будто мы были дома: всегда помогали, всё подробно объясняли, были невероятно внимательными и добрыми.

Сам отель очень классный, уютный и с прекрасным расположением — всё рядом и очень удобно. Но самое главное здесь — люди.

Мои родители были в полном восторге от отдыха и особенно благодарны этим ребятам за их заботу и теплое отношение.
Определённо рекомендуем и с удовольствием вернёмся снова! 💛✨

Très bon séjour !
Pros:

Le check-in peut se faire n’importe quand dans la journée si on prévient en avance.
La nourriture est bonne et généreuse en quantité.
Le hall d’entrée est beau et une belle vue sur New Mardin pendant les repas.

Cons:

Ma chambre était poussiéreuse et pas d’eau chaude.
Pas évident de trouver l’hôtel une fois que le taxi vous dépose puisqu’il faut marcher entre les petites ruelles et Google map vous sera d’aucune utilité

Booking.com üzerinden 2 oda satın aldım. Tesise gittiğimizde sistemsel bir hata olduğunu, rezervasyonun kendilerine ulaşmadığını ve boş odalarının olmadığını tarafımıza ilettiler. Güya bizi mağdur etmemek için başka bir yerde konaklama ayarladılar. Gecenin saat 00.30 unda kabul etmek zorunda kaldık yoğun günler olduğu için başka bir otel bulmak imkansızdı. Bize ayarladıkları yer bildiğin izbe bir odaydı. Wc ve banyo odanın tam ortasında gecelemek zorunda kaldık. Bu tip otelcilerden uzak durun. Sahtekarlıkta nirvana yapmışlar.
