Amazing tranquil find.

What an amazing find. A peaceful retreat in the heart of Da nang.
The rooms were spacious , clean and beautiful with a stunning view of the central courtyard pond full of koi. A huge shout out to the amazing staff, especially Lalin. She truely made my stay. She organised my hairdresser, gave me directions everywhere and checked in on me when I was feeling unwell. She is an absolute superstar. Thank you so much for making my stay. I will definitely be back.

Pros:

Lovely value-for-money property. Peaceful and well located. Rooms were spacious, very clean and character filled. Staff were brilliant and so helpful in arranging laundry services and providing restaurant / massage / event recommendations, and even a subsequent dinner booking. Can't thank the ladies enough for all their care and kindness, especially Lalin!

Pros:

Le personnel est vraiment très gentil et à votre écoute, toujours aux petits soins, pour le petit déjeuner il y a énormément de choix, avec des plats frais cuisinés le matin à la demande, les chambres sont spacieuses, et l'emplacement à cinq minutes à pied de la plage c'est parfait et en plus c'est très silencieux on entend pas trop de bruit dans les rues.

Cons:

Les volets ne se fermait pas bien ce sont des sortes de petites lamelles qu'on doit rétracter pour avoir du sombre mais ça ne cache vraiment pas la lumière lorsque le soleil arrive… La climatisation était très compliqué à régler j'avais beau mettre la ventilation le plus bas possible j'avais l'impression que la clim soufflait toujours pareil ce qui faisait qu'elle faisait du bruit toute la nuit… Et un petit détail pour la télévision dans notre chambre il y avait un trait en plein milieu de la télé qui restait en continu sur l'image… Et un petit bémol aussi pour la salle du petit déjeuner le matin, il faut trouver une table avec un Ventilo parce qu'il fait très chaud dans la salle du petit déjeuner il n'y a malheureusement pas de climatisation… Donc si tous les Ventilo sont pris dans la salle du petit déjeuner il fait chaud...
