Very enjoyable lovely breakfasts staff very friendly and approachable
Pros:

It was in a quiet location close to the harbour. It was very clean and the hosts were but accommodating nothing was too much trouble

Amazing gateway
Pros:

My small family loved the breakfast, so fresh and tasty, however as coffee lovers that was the only thing we didn't like. The bedroom was spacious and clean. The location is amazing.

Cons:

The room was too hot eventhough the outside temperature was around 24, we had a fan but didn't helped a lot.

Pros:

Really enjoyed our stay. Michael was great - sorted logistics for us for which we were grateful. My room was very small - however the weather was extremely hot and the fan sorted the room in about 2 minutes which was a bonus. I would imagine in very cold weather it would be very cosy and warm. Brekkie was fab. But it was the Thai Fishcakes that we had that were SUBLIME!! Thanks guys - appreciated the efforts into making a comfortable stay.

A lovely short break
Pros:

Location very good, easy walk on the level to the harbour etc. Breakfast was excellent, plenty of choice and good service. Bedroom was very spacious and comfortable bed, spotlessly clean. All staff very helpful and friendly.

Never been to Ilfracombe before but town is run down.
Pros:

Breakfast was ok. Room was clean.

Cons:

No air conditioning. Windows could only open a couple of inches beyond the window ledge. Disrupted sleeping due to sticky atmosphere. Building work ongoing during stay chipping off brick rendering.

Good location but let down by the parking and Some of staff were rude at times.
Pros:

It was close to the sea and town centre. And they did a good breakfast

Cons:

Parking was horrendous because there was no parking space available at any time of our stay and we had to make sure we were out of the hotel by 10am just so we didn’t get a ticket. If a hotel is going to say they have parking then it should fit all guests staying there not just a few spaces.

Pros:

A lovely hotel. Excellent staff who were helpful and friendly. Michael made us very welcome. Outstanding breakfast, especially the fish. Lots to do and see in the area.

Extremely clean rooms, excellent choice of breakfast. Fantastic. Location for a wedding we attended.
