Pros:

Nettes Personal. Zimmer modern eingerichtet. Motel Style aber trotzdem stylisch.

Cons:

Nicht wirklich sauber. Im Badezimmer wurde lange kein Staub entfernt. In der Tür innen waren ganze Schichten Schmutz, das ist bei der Preislage nicht ok.

Modern, comfortable and a great deal!
Pros:

Comfortable well set up room with a spacious shower. Nespresso in the room and a great location. Very friendly staff and very clean.

Nice, new property in a great location.
Pros:

Nice, new property in an outstanding location, next door to Peet's Coffee and across the street and a short walk from both a mall and supermarket. Free water refills during office hours. Very clean and comfortable.

Cons:

Minor annoyance with condensation on the floor from heater and small water leak from shower which required extra towels, which the staff gladly supplied. No closet or drawers to store clothing.

Cons:

It would have been great to have a little light on the coffee area, maybe some instructions for the coffee pot. Not used to a Nespresso machine.

It was convenient for this trip, but will not stay again

Cons:

There is absolutely NO sound insulation between the rooms. You hear everything in the rooms adjoined to yours. I even requested an end room, but I still heard the guest in the room connected.

Comfortable, clean, convenient place for a one night stop
Pros:

Great location close to Sausolito. Great place for a quick stop over after a long haul flight.

Cons:

We could quite clearly hear noise from the adjoining motel rooms. Seems like the walls are pretty thin. Also, the bathroom light automatically comes on in the middle of the night which woke up my wife. Better to have the option to turn on or not yourself.

Good value for short stay
Pros:

Location was great for walking to nearby mall and coffee, nice safe area. Bed, linens, room temperature all clean and comfortable. We liked the Bevi water station in the office. Front desk responsive to needs.

Cons:

No closets no hangers and walls thin. Could hear person snoring in room next door. Bathroom door was a sliding barn door that didn’t close all the way and gaps all around.
