👎 !Totale Enttäuschung! 👎
- sehr lange Wartezeit beim einchecken um 17:00 Uhr
- Zimmer nicht bereit (um 17h) halbe Stunde Wartezeit. Deshalb Gepäck abgegeben, um die Zeit auszunutzen. Endlich um 20:00 Uhr im Hotel noch einmal 45 Minuten Wartezeit, bis ich endlich den Schlßssel vom Zimmer erhalten habe.
- Dusche nur kaltes Wasser
-Fernbedienung von Fernseher funktionierte nur teilweise
- Room Service 22:50 Uhr wollte bestellen etwas zum Essen, teilte mir mit, dass Karte nicht mehr verfĂźgbar ist nur die von ab 23:00 Uhr.
- FrĂźchteteller bestellt und eine Coca-Cola. 50 Minuten Wartezeit
- Klimaanlage funktioniert nicht, deswegen Reklamation bei Rezeption, Techniker sollte kommen, 1 Stunde Wartezeit kein Techniker gekommen. Telefon an Rezeption, erst normal geklingelt , dann Besetzt Zeichen und das mittlerweile um 2:00 Uhr morgens……🧐. Wollte endlich schlafen. Deshalb musste ich persönlich zur Rezeption gehen und sagte, dass ich nicht mehr bereit bin länger zu warten, denn ich will endlich schlafen. Zimmertemperatur 25°.
- ⁠von 02:00h - 06:00h konnte ich endlich schlafen, weil es davor zu warm war, danach frßhstßck. Von 07:00h - 09:00h konnte ich noch ein bisschen schlafen
- Um 9:00 Uhr wurde ich geweckt von Bauarbeiter die gehämmrt haben. Reklamation persÜnlich bei Vorgesetzter Frau Maria. Haben Kaffee getrunken und ich hab ihr alles mitgeteilt, aber sie hat nichts aufgeschrieben. Fßhlte mich nicht ernst genommen. Nach dem Kaffee bat sie mich um meine Zimmerkarte, als ich fragte wieso, meinte sie, dass diese jetzt deaktiviert worden sei. (Checkout wurde mir VERSICHERT um 13h bei der Ankunft ins Hotel) Frechheit! Zurßck im Zimmer endlich etwas schlafen
- um 11:30 Uhr stand Putzfrau im Zimmer ohne anzuklopfen und ich sagte ihr, dass sie das Zimmer ab 13:00 Uhr Putzen kann. Ging dann zum Pool einmal kurz abkühlen - leider nicht abgeduscht danach hatte ich Ekzem…..😡

Ok but could have been better
Pros:

The location is brilliant the breakfast near the end of my stay was impeccable x my mrs loved the spa and was full of praise. Most of the staff was pleasant and helpful.

Cons:

I had to keep asking for clean towels my tv went offline and I had to try sort it out myself due to the technician telling me it was an IT problem when clearly it said cable not connected. The Mrs had her concealer and lipstick stolen from her makeup bag

Pros:

The worst stay that’s i had in my journey.The hotel is so bad
Reception was so rude we ask them some questions about our booking they answered so rude
The bathroom if you take shower it will be full of water on the floor
The housekeeping they didn’t come to clean the room or change the towels
We try to call reception or standard no answer
The hotel is not appropriate for families

Passable for a short stay. Wouldn’t really recommend with children.

Cons:

The air conditioning does not work to standard. We had to raise this multiple times until someone was able to look into it. They came to our room and just pressed a dial however the smell was pungent. They did supply a portable air conditioning unit however we woke up at 3am to a puddle the floor and turned it off
