Pros:

Stylish hotel. Very very clean. Helpful staff. Nice interior design. Perfect location opposite the beach. Great breakfast.

Cons:

Bar fridge was empty. We only got 1 bath towel each and the only face towel was on the bathroom floor. My towel was torn. No bottle of water in the room. No kettle for tea or coffee. The check in was supposed to happen between 15:00 and 15:30 but room was not ready until 16:00 and we got no complimentary drink while waiting. The pool closes at 19:00, which is too early I think.

Pros:

Grote inkomhal, vriendelijk onthaal. Ook de portiers waren heel vriendelijk.

Cons:

Naar aanleiding van de receptie, dachten we dat de kamer even luxueus zou zijn, maar het viel een beetje tegen. Kleine kamers en oude meubilair. Ik ben niet zeker of prijs/kwaliteit wel fair was.

Several years ago, I stayed at your hotel many times with my entire family. We always had a great experience, which is why I decided to book with you again. Unfortunately, this time I was very disappointed.

I found the staff at the reception to be unfriendly and not welcoming at all. However, I would like to compliment the employees working throughout the hotel. They work very hard and clearly do their best, and they certainly deserve recognition for their efforts.

Unfortunately, there were also several problems with our room. The television kept malfunctioning, so I had to ask someone to come and fix it multiple times. The shower head was broken, and the refrigerator was not working either. I reported all of these issues and asked for them to be fixed, but nothing was done during my stay.

I am very disappointed because I used to be a loyal and satisfied guest. That is exactly why I chose to return to your hotel. Sadly, my complaints were not taken seriously, and the service did not meet my expectations.

It is a shame that I spent my money on such a disappointing experience. I had hoped to leave with positive memories, but unfortunately that is not the case. I will not be returning to your hotel in the future.

I sincerely hope you take this feedback seriously and improve your service so that future guests do not have the same experience.

Il y a plusieurs années, j’ai séjourné à plusieurs reprises dans votre hôtel avec toute ma famille. Nous avions toujours été très satisfaits, c’est pourquoi j’ai décidé de réserver à nouveau chez vous. Malheureusement, cette fois-ci, j’ai été très déçue.

J’ai trouvé le personnel de la réception peu aimable et pas du tout accueillant. En revanche, je tiens à féliciter les employés qui travaillent dans le reste de l’hôtel. Ils travaillent très dur, font de leur mieux et méritent d’être reconnus pour leurs efforts.

Malheureusement, notre chambre présentait également plusieurs problèmes. La télévision ne fonctionnait pas correctement et j’ai dû demander plusieurs fois qu’une personne vienne intervenir. Le pommeau de douche était cassé et le réfrigérateur ne fonctionnait pas non plus. J’ai signalé tous ces problèmes et demandé qu’ils soient réparés, mais rien n’a été fait pendant mon séjour.

Je suis d’autant plus déçue que j’étais auparavant une cliente fidèle et satisfaite. C’est précisément pour cette raison que j’ai choisi de revenir dans votre hôtel. Malheureusement, mes remarques n’ont pas été prises au sérieux et le service n’a pas été à la hauteur de mes attentes.

Je regrette d’avoir dépensé mon argent pour une expérience aussi décevante. J’espérais repartir avec de bons souvenirs, mais ce ne sera malheureusement pas le cas. Je ne reviendrai plus dans votre hôtel.

J’espère sincèrement que vous prendrez ce retour au sérieux et que vous améliorerez vos services afin que les futurs clients ne vivent pas la même expérience.

Pros:

The hotel was nice and clean well decorated and in a very good location. The hotels rooms and space was beyond our expectations.The food at breakfast and dinner was lovely quite a good variety.

Cons:

The staff at reception could be a bit more welcoming. They faces were not happy at all. We were standing a long time waiting to check in while there were four of them at front desk and not many ppl were checking it. In the dinner hall the staff were a bit more welcoming and smiling.

Personel du petit dej qui nous ont pas autorisé à sortir avec notre café pour le boire en terrasse . Ma petite a pas terminé son petit dej j ai voulu lui prendre et on m a refusé alors que tout est payé

Facility and location is good but staff and A/C are serious issues for me.
Pros:

Although the room is kind of small، the property is fine.

Cons:

Services. The staff are not very responsive. A/C can’t be lowered below 24 degC. I was sweating.
