Disappointing stay due to unfulfilled booking promises that spoiled our trip despite courteous staff
Pros:

The only positive aspect of our stay was that the staff offered us tea in the morning when we decided to leave early. Although breakfast was not ready at that time, we appreciated the gesture.

Cons:

The hotel failed to provide the paid amenities that were included in our Booking.com reservation, specifically the morning hill trekking/walking experience and the bottle of wine for our celebration. We had booked this property and paid extra for these experiences, but were informed after arrival that they would not be provided. This completely disrupted our travel plans and spoiled the mood of our trip. We were so disappointed that we decided to leave early instead of staying for breakfast. Hotels should honor the services they advertise and charge guests for, or inform them in advance if they are unavailable.

Spacious one

Cons:

Swimming pool, no Indoor or outdoor games.
We had to wait for 20 minutes for check-in because they didn’t had an update from booking.com
Also they asked us to pay even though we had done online payment. After 20 minutes of conversation they confirmed the payment.

Perfect stay and climate is not same as munnar

Nice budget friendly resort near munnar town place name is aanachal..... The staff and location as well rooms are clean with basic arrangements..... The resort location is inside teagarden..... One of the main Activities a evening with wild elephants an experience that was amazing..... The resort host Prakash can arrange a night Jeep safari for Wild Elephant tour activities..... I would highly recommend this resort to anyone looking budget friendly stay and peaceful gateway..... Thanks giving team Swargam munnar
