立地が良いので、立て替えたら良いと思いました。ホテルのおじいちゃん

受付のおじいさんが親切
部屋は清潔
飲み物の自販機が3階にある

Cons:

屋上の温泉の窓にヒビが入ってて危ない。部屋の近辺の音がめちゃくちゃ聞こえる。外ではしゃいでる声が聞こえる。総じて防音性が悪い。

フロントのおっちゃんは好きやけどメンテナンスしろ
Pros:

フロントのスタッフのおっちゃんがとても面白いのでその点は良かったです
帰る時にフロントのおばちゃんや掃除のおばちゃんがとても愛想が良かったので感じがいいです

Cons:

とにかく全部の部屋のメンテナンスをお願いします
汚いで嫌になります
ユニットバスやベッドなども綺麗にしてください
ひと部屋ずつメンテナンスして綺麗にしたら料金上げて良いのでメンテナンスしてください
別府駅の目の前にあるホテルがこんなのでは別府の値打ちが下がります
大阪の西成のドヤの方がまだ綺麗ですよ

Pros:

駅前で交通至便、かつ飲食店も多い。
古いビルだがこのロケーションで3200円で個室と言うのは有難い。
しかも、駐車場も無料だった。

Cons:

部屋にトイレとバスが付いており、掃除はしているのだろうが、シミだらけで使う気がしない。
