Lovely room for overnight stay.
Pros:

Location was not far from city centre to walk, carparking was secure.

Cons:

No lift to get to 2nd floor with large suitcases.

Good stay overall. Staff bought a new toaster immediately when ours wasnt working.
Pros:

Very charming hotel.

Cons:

Hard to control a consistent temp throughout the twostory room. Was expecting more from breakfast (just bread or cereal, jam, fruit and juice delivered to room and hard to find comfortable place to eat it in room in winter).

Pros:

Good location short walk to CBD and free parking, comfortable bed, extremely clean, friendly staff. Beautiful boutique hotel.

Terrible experience
Pros:

The experience we had was so bad that made anything that could have been worthy useless.

Cons:

The treatment was awful. We had a slight mistake in the reservation and they treated us like garbage. They wanted to cheat booking and offered us that. When we weren’t wanting to accept they aggressively pointed that only one most expensive room was only available for us. This all at night with kids. I strongly recommend not to stay there and booking shouldn’t have this hotel on offer.
