La ubicación es muy buena para caminar por el Centro de Oaxaca, el desayuno está súper bien y la atención de las chicas de cocina fue increíble. Llegamos temprano y pudimos guardar nuestras maletas en un locker en lo que estaba la habitación.

I stayed here for a week. Small boutique hotel with only 5 rooms. My room was small but more than enough for one person with good amenities on an interior courtyard. Both J an Omar gave great information. It's hot in Oaxaca in May and the AC is outstanding. The breakfast was outstanding. Location is around the 3 blocks to the Zocalo and close to everything most people will need. I would stay here again.

So peaceful, rooms were very comfortable and tastefully decorated. Felt luxurious for a good price. Great location for exploring Oaxaca on foot. Breakfast was lovely each morning and great choice. Jay provided excellent recommendations and went above and beyond to help.

Our stay at Materia in Oaxaca exceeded every expectation. From the moment we arrived, the service was truly five-star in every way. The hotel itself is stunning. Our king suite was beautifully designed, comfortable, understated, and luxurious. The bathroom was next-level luxury while still feeling warm and relaxed. Morning breakfast was also incredible, far beyond what we expected.

Materia is a very special place. Beautiful rooms, outstanding food, and service that truly sets it apart. I would recommend it without hesitation and hope to return very soon!

Clean, unique architecture and design throughout;comfortable beds, excellent maid service, good food, amenities like sun hats, tour books. Umbrellas and yoga mats all provided. A great little upstairs terrace bar with tapas. Breakfast served in an outdoor shaded garden.
Staff was amiably helpful in recommending nearby restaurants. Location is great- walking distance from the center of town/ the zocolo and Mercado.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff are so friendly! Jay was amazing! He was so helpful during our stay. He helped us book a taxi to the airport for the morning and recommended a laundry place who dropped our laundry back at the hotel when it was ready. The cleaners were very good, our room felt brand new every day. The location is good too, about 5-10min walk to the zocalo. The property itself is very beautiful and the rooms are beautifully decorated. Would definitely stay again! Loved it!

The room and bathroom were big. The bed was nice!! And people working were super nice and helpful. Great location!

Tivemos um problema ocasionado por um hóspede terceiro. O gerente Jay foi extremamente atencioso e preocupado em resolver a questão, nos dando várias possobilidades e alternativas. A experiência saiu melhor do que o esperado. Localização ótima, próximo aos principais pontos, café da manhã delicioso.

Very quaint and private interiors with beautiful furnishings. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast in the terrace each morning was lovely.
