Pros:

Logement très bien placé dans bacalar avec stationnement dans la rue gratuitement et facilement
Studio avec cuisine spacieux, literie confortable, clim fonctionnelle et propreté irréprochable
Lorsque nous sommes arrivés il manquait quelques éléments essentiels pour cuisiner et manger au logement mais cela a été réglé en quelques minutes, nous remercions l’hôtel pour sa réactivité
Gentillesse du personnel, service de ménage appréciable. Tout pour passer un bon séjour

Cons:

La wifi qui ne fonctionnait pas dans le logement, ok a la réception mais peut-être trop loin dans le logement

Pros:

De kamers zien er nieuw en ruim uit. Je zit vlakbij de lagoon en verschillende restaurants. Het ligt mooi centraal

Cons:

De vloer op de kamer was niet heel erg schoon en de huurauto moet langs de openbare weg geparkeerd worden. Er zit ook een barretje bij het zwembad maar hier is niemand.

Bien trop cher pour logement non fonctionnel !

Insalubre
Pas entretenu, photos assez trompeuses car probablement anciennes. Logement laissé à l’abandon comme presque tous au Mexique.
Logement très sale, toilette avec problème niveau de la chasse d’eau, évier salle de bain bouché
Eau chaude en laissant couler l’eau très longtemps, nos voisins n’en n’avaient pas.
Même pas le minimum pour pouvoir cuisiner.
Pas de lit ni draps pour couchage de notre enfant, on a dormi tous dans le même lit.
(Couple avec 1 enfant en bas âge)

Cons:

Es gab einen komischen Geruch im Badezimmer. Außerdem sah die Anlage nicht besonders sauber aus. Und war eine halbe Baustelle vor meinem Zimmer. Ich wollte deswegen direkt wieder gehen und ein anderes Hotel buchen. Mir wurde zugesagt, dass ich das gerade per Karte bezahlte Geld wieder zurück bekomme innerhalb von 24 Stunden. Ist nicht passiert. Habe weder Geld gesehen noch reagieren sie auf irgendwelche Kontaktversuche. Betrug!
