Cet hôtel est simplement incroyable !
Il est particulièrement bien placé ce qui le rend agréable : tout en étant proche de Cancún et de la ville, il est installé dans un véritable petit écrin de verdure, calme et paisible. Nous avons été agréablement surpris de nous sentir aussi loin de l’agitation, alors que la ville est pourtant toute proche.
Literie correcte et piscine superbe !

Cons:

La salle de bain un peu petite (mais c’est quasi impossible d’avoir plus grand je pense) et le petit déjeuner qui est peu généreux !

Struttura molto carina, immersa nel verde. La stanza era molto spaziosa e luminosa, con un’ottima pulizia. L’unica nota

Das Hotel hat einen schönen Poolbereich und das Restaurant bietet extrem schmackhafte Gerichte an. Auch das Frühstück ist echt in Ordnung. Zudem ist die Einweisung durch das Personal klasse.

Cons:

Ein Teil des Hotels war eine Baustelle, die nicht gesichert war. Vor allem abends war dies super gefährlich, da es kaum beleuchtet war und rechts und links Löcher für einen Teich oder Pool waren. In dem Zimmer gab es kaum Annehmlichkeiten. Die Tür hatte riesige Ritzen, ich wurde deshalb extrem viel von Mücken gestochen. Uns wurden Teebeutel und Kaffee mitgegeben, aber es gab weder einen Wasserkocher noch Wasser. Haben wir nicht ganz verstanden. Das Zimmer war simpel, es gab kaum Deko o.Ä. Vielleicht haben wir ein nicht renoviertes Zimmer bekommen?

Pros:

Buona colazione e ottimo il ristorante (a pagamento).
Pulizia buona.

Cons:

La camera era molto più piccola e meno accogliente rispetto alle foto. Inoltre non c’era l’acqua calda e, nonostante la nostra segnalazione, non ci è stata offerta alcuna soluzione perché erano passate le ore 18.00, orario in cui i manutentori terminano di lavorare.
