Very good short stay hotel, good location, breakfast and access to public transport
Pros:

Great location to public transport, restaurants, cafes, Royal Palace and parkland.
Very good breakfast.
Clean and comfortable.

Cons:

A bit warm in the room, could open the Windows but noisy outside from the trams

Pros:

Good location

Cons:

The hotel is in need of renovation. The carpets in the corridors smell bad, and there was a strong sewage-like odor.
Almost all hotels in Norway offer free coffee and tea at the reception, but here they charged NOK 49 for it. The dinner was expensive and very bland. Breakfast was chaotic.
Overall, this feels like an outdated 3-star hotel being presented as a 4-star hotel.

Pros:

The location was perfect, very, clo to all sights. We had a spacious room. Breakfast Was very good

Cons:

The staff was not really friendly - did not explane anything.
No cleaning after we have ordered it. After we said it at the reception no sorry followed.

Izvrsna vrijednost za novac.
Pros:

Bogat, raznolik i ukusan doručak, jako ljubazno osoblje i izvrsna lokacija. Komforne sobe, mogućnost ostavljanja prtljage nakon check-outa.

Pros:

Plass til bilen i kjeller garasjen, veldig god sen, romslig rom og supert bad

Cons:

Jeg liker ikke å måtte ta i brødkniven ( som mange andre har tatt i før meg, hvor har de hatt hånda/fingrene sine,rett før de skulle spise frokost på hotellet) og ta i håndkle,som er dekket over brødet ( samme tanke,, andres hender,(potensielle 2 smittekilder) før jeg får skjært opp min skive.. VILLE MYE HELLER HATT OPPSKÅRNE BRØD.,som ligger litt fra hverandre..på brettet) mindre sjanse for andres hender tatt på noe som kan smitte over på meg.. ( da får heller kjøkken personalet passe på å fylle på brødskiver.) derfor spiste jeg mest av alt det andre dere serverte som var veldig bra,,og IKKE BRØDENE DERES

Muy contentos con el staff y el hotel, pero un poco caro.
Pros:

Hotel céntrico, bonito, limpio, personal amable... Los recepcionistas muy atentos. Mención especial para un recepcionista que hablaba español, nos ahorró dar 20 minutos para llegar al transfer del aeropuerto.

Cons:

El precio es excesivo, entendemos que es Noruega, pero aún así casi 200 euros la noche nos pareció demasiado. Una de las calles del hotel es una zona de fiesta y se escucha ruido algunas noches.
