Pros:

Pokoj klidný, čistý a moc pěkný. Snídaně a personál skvělý. Ubytování blízko centra a klidný odpočinek.

Cons:

Na recepci dostanete jen informaci o čase snídaně a jaké je číslo vašeho pokoje. Zbytek musíte hledat např. heslo na wifi nebo když zapomenete časy snídaní nebo check outu tak dohledáváte ve výtahu (přes načtení QR) - na pokoji jakékoliv informace chybí. Také jsme měli smůlu na nedoplněný sprchový gel.

Arrived to check in and was told my reservation had been moved to a hotel the other side of the city - I was not informed if this prior to arrival at the hotel!

Pros:

Jeg ble booket om til Scandic Lillestrøm uten å få beskjed om dette. Jeg måtte da kansellere og ble lovd pengene tilbake. De er fortsatt ikke komt på konto, til tross for kontakt med kundeservice. Håper dere kan ta hånd om dette.

Pros:

Das Hotel hat eine perfekte Lage, 2 Minuten Fußweg zur Ubahn Nationaltheater und 5 Minuten Fußweg runter zum Hafen. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, das Bett gemütlich und man hat genügend Abstellflächen. Das Personal war freundlich. Das Frühstück hat uns sehr gefallen: viel Auswahl, viele gesunde Optionen, aber auch viel für den süßen Gaumen :) Neben der Rezeption gibt es einen Kaffeeautomat und die Möglichkeit noch andere Getränke zu kaufen.

Cons:

Nichts. Wir würden es wieder buchen.

L'emplacement. La qualité du petit déjeuner. La disponibilité et bienveillance du personnel. La salle de sport et son espace sauna très bien pensés

Cons:

La salle de bain de la chambre mériterait quelques travaux mineurs avec des toilettes qui fuient et des joints de salle de bains à refaire

The advantages of this hotel were its convenient location, the comfortable beds, and the friendly reception staff.

Cons:

I was surprised to find that the room had three double beds but not a single wardrobe or closet for clothes. There was also no hair conditioner and no toilet paper provided. The towels were not changed, and the trash was not taken out during the stay. Breakfast also lacked any hot food options.

I sincerely hope this was not the hotel’s usual standard, but rather a temporary situation caused by the organized strike taking place at that time.

Pros:

la chambre est très confortable. le petit déjeuner est gourmand. Le personnel est trés aimable et disponible lorsqu'on a une question.

Cons:

le bruit du tram dehors que l'on entend beaucoup. Les lumières dans la chambre qui ne fonctionnent pas correctement, le bar est fermé
