Muy lindo y tranquilo
Pros:

Me encantó el desayuno. Es bufet, tiene cosas que varían cada día y otras que son las mismas siempre (lo cual es bueno). Está ubicado en una zona tranquila y muy bonita, no tan alejada de la plaza de Armas. Si te gusta caminar un poco y no estar en el mismo centro, es perfecto. La habitación que escogí era amplia y tenía una vista hermosa al volcán de la ciudad. Aunque los primeros días sentí frío por las noches, era bastante soportable. El servicio a la habitación aseguraba que todo estuviera en orden al regresar.

Cons:

Solamente me quedé con un sinsabor por una confusión que hubo con respecto al consumo de los snacks que ofrecen en la habitación. Se cargó a mi cuenta algo que no había consumido. Me parece que cuando hagan ese tipo de cargos deberían avisar el mismo día para que las cuentas estén claras al finalizar la estancia.

Pros:

Super emplacement, personnel agréable et réactif, chambre confortable et assez spacieuse

Cons:

un petit manque de propreté notamment dans la salle de bain (il faudrait peut être vidanger de temps en temps le jacuzzi car des poussières et cheveux sortaient par les jets), le pommeau de douche du jacuzzi ne fonctionnait pas.

Falta de espacio adecuado para estacionamiento.
Pros:

Me gusto que estaba limpia la habitación y la decoración con las.plantas, solo falta hidratarlas y darles un mejor cuidado y orden.

Cons:

Que no tienen un adecuado ambiente para cochera. El.cual tuve un imprevisto pese a que sabían que estaba con carro... no habia espacio para guardarlo.

Erg comfortabel hotel, dicht bij het centrum.
Pros:

Het ontbijt was fantastisch, elke dag anders en uitgebreid! We konden onze reisauto veilig parkeren en het personeel was erg behulpzaam.

Cons:

De stopcontacten en de bedlampjes mogen gerepareerd worden. Dat was het enige, verder was alles erg fijn.

No repetiría en este alojamiento.
Pros:

Tiene buena ubicación. El hotel tiene mucho potencial y parece muy bonito pero no está bien cuidado o llevado. Es un quiero y no puedo.

Cons:

El baño era muy cutre, no tenía ni enchufe, y la habitación muy básica.
Tuvimos que esperar para el desayuno los dos dias, habiendo avisado previamente de que teníamos excursión y algo de prisa. Se lo tomaron con demasiada calma.
