Pros:

La paciencia y la maravilla acogida de Gabriela (recepcionista turno noche) y Piero (Atención bufet desayuno). Fueron muy amables y cálidos en la atención brindada.

Cons:

Todo bien en general, pero el estacionamiento es un punto a mejorar. Es pequeño y dejamos bloqueados a otro auto. Preguntamos si ese auto salía el día que nosotros no íbamos a estar y nos dijeron que no había problema que esta familia aún no se irían, pero luego nos llamaron para mover el nuestro y ya estábamos fuera de la ciudad con las llaves. Lamentamos mucho el inconveniente para los otros huéspedes. Quizás ayudaría pedir las llaves al check-in para estos casos o acondicionar un estacionamiento dentro del hotel para que esto no suceda. El tener estacionamiento dentro de la instalaciones es lo que nos llevó a conocer este lindo hotel.

Sería ideal que estandarizaran las camas matrimoniales king, mi esposo mide 1,94mts. Y me di cuenta que no era el único huésped con esa estatura. 🫣

Pros:

La ubicación y la tranquilidad. Aunque mientras estuvimos hicieron trabajos de adecuación cerca a nuestra habitación y al terminarlos no se podía usar la terraza porque tenía mucho polvo. Contaban con minibar y servicio a la habitación de bebidas y comida con precios muy razonables.

Cons:

La señorita de la recepción que nos ayudó con el check in y estaba en el turno del día fue muy amable y siempre lista a ayudar. El demás personal de recepción un poco lento y no muy desenvuelto.

Pros:

Walking distance to most places in the city. We got upgraded to a better room as soon as we got there, without paying more. Room was big and clean. The hotel is BEAUTIFUL. Staff was very nice to us. Breakfast has a great variety of things.

Muy buen hotel cerca del centro histórico de la ciudad.
Pros:

El frigobar fue de mucha ayuda cuando llegamos, además, contar con un calefactor y sofá en la habitación hizo muy acogedora la estadía.

Cons:

Nos hubiese encantado que haya una mesa y sillas dentro de la habitación para usar la laptop o como mesa de trabajo.
