Çok memnun kaldık.
Pros:

Personel çok güleryüzlüydü, özellikle mutfakta çalışan Azize Abla bizi memnun etmek için elinden gelen her şeyi yaptı. Resepsiyonda çalışan arkadaşlar çok güleryüzlü, yardımsever ve saygılılardı. Odamızdan ve hizmetten çok memnun kaldık, lokasyon da idealdi. Her şey için çok teşekkür ederiz.

Am avut o experiență foarte plăcută la acest hotel. Locația este excelentă, aproape de tot ce ai nevoie. Curățenia a fost impecabilă, nota 10! Personalul a fost amabil și primitor, iar micul dejun a fost bun, cu suficiente opțiuni. Cu siguranță aș reveni și recomand acest hotel!

Overall, this is a great place to stay, located within walking distance of some of Istanbul’s best spots.
Pros:

The staff here are wonderful. The reception team was very helpful, giving us great advice on things to do and places to visit during our stay. The location is good, and the property is quite clean. The breakfast was a nice, the stuff were happy to adjust the menu to suit our preferences.

Cons:

The room itself was a bit small, but it wasn’t a big deal.

it was overall a wonderful stay.
Pros:

it is one of the best location, as its right next to the blue mosque and hagia sofia... grand bazar is also a little walk away, tram is also a little walk, easy access to everything... i love the walks in the old streets....
the staff was exceptionally helpful and courteous.
the breakfast was also very nice, not a buffet, so not much option or variety but a very well planned platter with a variety and mix of all food types.
very clean room.

Cons:

I felt that the room was a little small. After all the furnishing there was hardly much space to move around. But thats how most hotel rooms are I think

Дуже приємні люди працюють в готелі, на нетривалі подорожі в Стамбул ідеально.
Pros:

Дуже приємний персонал, рецепшеністи, кухарі. Готель розташований в серці історичного міста, поруч із Блакитною мечеттю.

Cons:

Спершу заїхали на номер на -1, переселилися звідти. Рекомендую брати номери, починаючи з 1-2 поверху

Os funcionários são muito educados e atenciosos. Mehmet é extremamente educado e prestativo, explicou passeios pela região e deu dicas de compras.

Pros:

Das Frühstücksangebot war toll. Alles wurde frisch zubereitet. Auf Extrawünsche (Spiegelei, extra Gebäck - das wurde frisch zubereitet und war noch warm, ganz lecker) ist man eingegangen. Freundlichkeit des Personals, sie haben jeden Wunsch erfüllt (Buchung von Tagestouren, extra Kaffee auf dem Zimmer). Die Lage zur Blauen Moschee, der Hagia Sophia und der Altstadt war wunderbar.

Cons:

An einigen Stellen im Hotel nagt der Zahn der Zeit.
