Sehr freundliches hifsbereites Personal, top Lage, gemütlicher Garten für das Frühstück.

Cons:

Das Zimmer hat ein schräges Dach, wenn man vom hinteren Bett aufstehen will, stößt man sich leicht mal.
Kein extra Licht, um nachts noch zu lesen. Man muss stets das Gesamtlicht schalten, dann kann der Partner schlecht schlafen.

Great location, friendly staff
Pros:

The hotel is perfectly located for the sights of Sultanahmet whilst still located in a quiet part of the area off the main crowded streets. Good for unwinding after a day of sightseeing. As a solo traveller I felt safe and appreciative of the staff friendliness and willingness to answer my questions and give me advice where needed. Also breakfast was superb- set me up for the day ahead!

This hotel gives me an unforgettable experience in Istanbul.
Pros:

The location of this hotel is fantastic, I can visit all of the main attractions on foot within thirty minutes. I booked a sea view room for two nights, I could sit on the balcony to enjoy the beautiful view of Mediterranean. Air conditioning is super effective, hot water is supplied for 24 hours, you can connect your telephone to television and watch movies on the bigger screen. Breakfast is also great, two mornings, two different contents. And the price of Saratoga Hotel is affordable, staffs are friendly to guests. I highly recommend this hotel to any tourist.

Cons:

Well, I think there are two aspects needed to improve. First, the sea view room is on the top floor, because the roof is inclined, your head may touch the ceiling😂. Second, if a wardrobe is added in the room, that will be much better. Thank you!

Albergo eccezionale nel pieno centro di Istanbul
Pros:

Questo albergo ha diversi punti di forza:
- Posizione eccezionale. Siete a pochi minuti a piedi dall'ippodromo, dalla basilica di santa sofia, moschea blu, basilica cisterna. Inoltre, siete a circa 5 minuti a piedi dalla fermata di un autobus diretto da e verso la stazione (HAVAİST 11)
- Lo staff è incredibilmente disponibile. Al mio arrivo sono stato accolto da Mehmet che mi ha fornito diverse informazioni utili per il mio soggiorno ad Istanbul. Sono inoltre stato omaggiato di una Istanbulkard che ho poi restituito alla mia partenza, così da risparmiare sul costo di acquisto della stessa;
- La colazione è eccezionale. Non è del tipo a buffet (salvo che per the, caffè e cereali), così da ridurre gli sprechi. Vi vengono portati alcuni piatti con pietanze sia salate (fesa di tacchino, formaggio, uovo sodo, olive, pane e qualcos'altro variabile di giorno in giorno) che dolci (torte diverse a seconda della giornata), macedonia di frutta e marmellata/cioccolata spalmabile. C'è inoltre la possibilità di chiedere la preparazione di omelette. Bahar è sempre stata gentilissima ad accoglierci ogni mattina;
- Stanza pulita, con pulizia e cambio asciugamani giornaliero;
- Reception h24
- Acqua e the sempre disponibili
- Doccia fantastica
- Aria condizionata
- Wifi ben funzionante

Cons:

Veramente poche cose, che segnalo solo nello spirito di miglioramento ma che non hanno per nulla impattato sul mio soggiorno:
- Qualche dettaglio in bagno avrebbe richiesto piccoli aggiusti (ad esempio la maniglia della doccia era un po' smontata)
- Un aeratore nel bagno sarebbe stato gradito (il nostro era senza finestre, e c'era solo una piccola grata in un muro). Un piccolo aeratore sarebbe stato utile;
- TV praticamente inutilizzabile per quanto fosse lenta in qualsiasi operazione. Essendo in vacanza non l'ho utilizzata, solo una sera volevo vedere alcuni highlights su youtube. E' stato praticamente impossibile, si bloccava e resettava in continuazione a qualsiasi operazione. Alla fine per disperazione l'ho spenta. Magari qualcuno però vorrebbe utilizzarla (a me non importava molto)

Tolles Hotel mit gutem Personal mit kleinen Abzügen
Pros:

Personal war sehr herzlich und aufmerksam.

Cons:

Das Frühstück war kein Buffet sondern auf einem Teller angerichtet. Dadurch waren immer Reste übrig.
