Buchung hat nicht funktioniert, Ersatz war jedoch hervorragend!

Das Hostel Casa Vidasurf hat uns leider nicht empfangen, es wurde behauptet, die Buchung sei untergegangen und jetzt, bei unserer Anreise, sind die gebuchten Zimmer nicht mehr verfügbar. Es wurde uns aber weitergeholfen. Wir wurden anstandslos in einer befreundeten Pousada untergebracht mit sehr schönem Pool, einer guten Gemeinschaftsküche, sehr nettem Flair und fast am Praia Amor, viel besser als Casa Vidasurf. Die Anreise war holprig, der Ersatz jedoch einwandfrei.

Cons:

Die Verwaltung der Buchung. Wir standen vor (sehr) verschlossener Tür und warteten. Ein Unbeteiligter aus der Nachbarschaft vermittelte uns einen WhatsApp Kontakt zur Gastgeberin. Über Booking war diese nämlich nicht zu erreichen. Danach war dieser Kontakt jedoch freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir hatten Glück, den Nachbar getroffen zu haben, sonst stünden wir jetzt noch vor dieser Tür.

Bom.. vamos lá! Nem cheguei a ir para a pousada, o overbooking que algumas pessoas dizem aqui nas avaliações é real. Pesquisei, vi as avaliações mas resolvi dar uma chance, pois a vista da pousada tinha me conquistado, mas infelizmente tive a MAIOR DECEPÇÃO da minha viagem. Antes de chegar em PIPA, resolvi mandar mensagem para confirmar a reserva e para minha surpresa a proprietária respondeu que havia dado uma pane no sistema e minha reserva havia sido cancelada, isso mesmo, pré feriado e a cidade lotada! Porém aqui na plataforma estava tudo ok CONFIRMADO. Segundo ela, por conta desse “erro” no sistema, não poderia fazer nada. Eu e meu marido já em Natal. Pessimos e sem credibilidade!!!!

When I arrived, I was sent to another hotel because they claimed there was a problem with the water. I had already spent five days in my room without any cleaning, so I contacted them to request housekeeping, but I received no response.

I then asked where the cleaning supplies were so I could clean the room myself, and once again, they completely ignored my request.

What I found especially disrespectful was that they allowed another guest to enter and stay in my room even though I had not checked out or returned my keys.

This is completely unacceptable. The lack of communication, cleanliness, and respect for guests’ privacy was extremely disappointing. I would not recommend staying here.

Gostei tanto que voltei.
Pros:

É tão legal que eu voltei. A vista para o mar, o jardim e a traquilidade são espetaculares.

Cons:

Tinha uma lâmpada queimada e uma torneira pingando. O lugar é simples, mas aconchegante.

La ubicacion, el baño, la cama. Paisaje. Nos la pasamos bien

Cons:

El auto check in, improlijo. El telefono no respondia. Bastaria con responder mensajes y enviar el dia anterior las instrucciones de ingreso.

Un hermoso lugar si te gustan las cosas sencillas y de buen gusto
Pros:

La ubicación es espectacular.
El lugar es muy lindo, sencillo y agradable.
Los espacios comunes están muy bien, en especial el espacio para hacer gym, yoga.

Cons:

Podría tener mejor mobiliario para la zona del jardín. Hay poco, deberían mejorarlo.

Infelizmente, ao chegarmos não havia ninguém para nos receber. Após cerca de 20 minutos, conseguimos contato por telefone e recebemos o número do quarto.
Mais tarde, verificamos que o ar-condicionado não funcionava e, novamente, não havia ninguém no local para nos atender. Diante da falta de solução, solicitamos o reembolso e tivemos que procurar outra hospedagem por nossa própria conta, pois a responsável que falava com a gente pelo telefone não conseguia resolver nada rápido e estava estragando a nossa viagem.

Unreal View, Comfortable Co-Living, Lovely Stay
Pros:

Best view in Pipa. Casa Vida is a co-living hotel on the top of a cliff overlooking Amor Beach. The view is unbeatable. My room was great with a huge bed, aircon, fridge, big bathroom, hammock. I came to Pipa to relax and this was perfect. It's a double storey house with 6 bedrooms I think. So not a hostel more like co-living. When I was there everyone was super nice and we all made friends and did stuff together but you also have your own space. There is a kitchen so you make your own food. There is yoga and exercise there often. It's a 5-10 minute walk to town and 5 minute walk to Amor Beach which is a great surfing beach.

Cons:

I loved everything.

Pros:

De tudo! A área aberta e os quartos estarem de frente pro mar. O quarto é excelente - cama confortável, ar gelado, chuveiro quente.
A área compartilhada com a cozinha muito bem equipada e uma área com tanque pano de chão e vassouras.
E a localização super privilegiada em frente à Praia do Amor.

Além disso, recebi a recomendação de massagem com a Alinne que foi até lá fazer e foi maravilhosa.
