Cheaper but still good
Pros:

Relatively cheap but still reasonably good.

Cons:

I specifically didn't like staff was asking me to submit reviews during the stay. Breakfast could be better. At first, I struggled to find the right light switches. As for location, it is inside residential areas, so probably not for a walk around the hotel.

Great hotel, but with poor staff
Pros:

Very convenient location, very nice and clean room with comfortable interior and common spaces. Fast internet access, excellent hygiene.

Cons:

The whole booking process was a mess. Had to call Booking support thrice just to make the hotel follow up after their initial request for prepayment (which ended not being needed). And their constant insistence on taking the communication outside of the Booking platform was concerning.

Then on checking in, they insisted taking my picture "for identification purposes", despite us all showing valid passports and visa. Then checking out lasted 20 minutes for whatever reason...

All in all, extremely annoying experience dealing with them.

Clean & decent room, good service but very okay breakfast
Pros:

Early check-in for a nominal payment was very helpful. Location is very central & convenient. Close to nice restaurants like Old House, Haveli & Fishland. Staff are nice to talk to. Room is acceptable & has all the creature comforts one would need.

Cons:

The floor wasn't very clean when we checked-in. They did get it cleaned again after we let them know. The shower wouldn't work & faucet also required us to clear the holes using a safety pin for it be actually useful. No sweat but I know many folks will find this frustrating. Check-in process was slow & confusing for my friend who tried checking in a little later in the day since the lady manning the desk was completely lost.

The breakfast was the other let down. Everything was extremely spicy & not tasty. Even the Coffee was machine coffee & not basic instant or filter coffee. This was irritating too

1. Insects crawling in the floor in night
2. Parking for car not available. All slots are occupied by customers coming to the restaurant. So I have to park my car in the adjacent road side.

Cons:

The AC was not working and they take too long to shift our room.The room they provided was tiny, no enough space for extra bed.we request them that we don’t want extra cot since the room was tiny.
But they were not ready and refuse to pay back for extra cot.so we spent a night in congested room with poor AC .

Everything was beyond expectations. They tried their best to provide the best experience. I hope they will maintain the same till my next visit.

Enjoyed the stay, especially the good food
Pros:

At checkout on 6/May/26 11am, the Receptionist was very pleasant.
Very clean hotel in a calm locality.
The breakfast buffet, the lunch buffet, the variety and taste was very good.

Cons:

Room size was a little small, With an extra bed, it was squeeze.
Basement car parking is small, hence parked outside, but it was safe and security was there in the night.
