Pros:

Location

Cons:

This was our second stay at Skycity and agin we had to ask for our room to be cleaned, the bed sheets were very dirty and covered in pubic hair.. if the staff just did there job properly instead of just playing on there phones it could be an ok Hotel

Pros:

Hotel was close to shops and restaurants, room had a smart TV so could watch YouTube and Netflix. Room had soft bed.

Cons:

We had to ask for the room to be cleaned as it was obvious that it hadn't been, there was empty bottles on the floor, dirty sheets on the bed and urine on the toilet seat

Pros:

Excellent Stay Experience at Hotel Skycity

I recently stayed at Hotel Skycity in Surat, and the overall experience was outstanding.

The check-in process was smooth and efficient, with the staff handling everything professionally. Every team member was polite, attentive, and always ready to assist, which added to the comfort of the stay.

The rooms were spacious, well-designed, and exceptionally clean. Housekeeping maintained high standards throughout, ensuring a fresh and pleasant environment. The beds were comfortable, the linens were clean, and all amenities were in perfect working condition, including air-conditioning, hot water, and Wi-Fi.

The hotel’s location is another advantage. It is situated in a convenient and accessible area, close to transportation, markets, and key points of interest. The surrounding neighbourhood is safe and peaceful, with various shops and food options nearby.

Overall, Hotel Skycity offers excellent value for money, combining comfort, cleanliness, and professional hospitality. I highly recommend it for business travellers, families, and couples. I would gladly choose this hotel again on my next visit to Surat.
