The suite was wonderful. It was large, beautifully decorated, and best of all, air conditioned! There were 2 large TVs, one in the bedroom and one in the dining/sitting room. The bathroom had 2 sinks and a wonderful walk in shower. The breakfast was fantastic.
I couldn’t believe there was no fridge/ mini bar! Every hotel we’ve stayed in has had one, but this big beautiful hotel does not? With one this hotel would definitely rate a 10.

Clean, spacious room and bathroom, liked the addition of nice toiletries in the bathroom, spa and leisure centre. Spa experience excellent. Vegan afternoon tea excellent. Really quick room service. Really friendly, attentive and helpful staff.

I liked everything about this hotel, the breakfast was amazing, staff are exceptional and the grounds are perfect. I will definitely be going back to this hotel.
I was unable to connect my phone to the tv and too tired to call anyone up. It didn’t have any apps that I could sign in on the tv. Tiny issue, no big deal.
The welcome we received from the concierge, all staff where very friendly and knowledgeable.
We stayed in the Claire Suite, but there was a lot of noise, coming from the the next door storage area maybe a window was open which in turn was rattling our door,

This was an exceptional hotel. Set in beautiful grounds, it was comfortable, clean and extremely well appointed. Everything was thoughtfully designed to give guests a wonderful stay. Our rooms were spacious with a great view of the estate. We had everything we needed and more (superb bathroom with high quality toiletries, coffee machine, iron, tv, comfy super king-size bed.) The food was delicious and there were plenty of vegetarian choices both at breakfast and dinner. All staff we met were friendly, courteous and very helpful.
