Relaxing stay
Pros:

Good location, beautiful grounds, high standard of cleanliness. Very comfortable room , excellent a/c & soundproofing
Great view over the estate from our room

Cons:

small suggestion , was asked on arrival what time we wanted breakfast, which was jarring as we had come to Lyrath to relax without a schedule. Maybe just advise guests breakfast service is busier at certain times.

Would definitely stay again but would leave off the thermal suites
Pros:

The room was stunning we couldn’t have been happier with it

Cons:

I paid a lot of money for a luxury suite and still had to pay for access to the thermal suites on top of it which I think is a bit much.

The air conditioning is on a timer, so in the middle of the night the room was boiling, had to wake up and restart the system.

Lovely location and hotel minus spa that needs an upgrade

General feel and staff very accommodating

Cons:

The spa needs an upgrade - no change rooms in the area where you put your staff away. I had to get undressed in a toilet. And the thermal spa showers didn’t really work it needs an overhaul

Fabulous
Pros:

Everything. Beautiful property on fabulous grounds. Staff and service were fantastic. Stayed in a Manor House room which was beautiful.

Cons:

Only thing I could highlight is the shower water pressure could be better. Very minor issue.

A fabulous, comfortable stay
Pros:

Bedroom is big, quiet and comfortable. Bed was comfy, with nice linens. Lovely views over the ground landscape. Bar and restaurant staff very chatty and helpful. Good selection of wines, and food. Breakfast was fabulous and staff in the restaurant for breakfast were helpful and efficient.

Cons:

Not so much, I enjoyed my stay very much. I guess if there is one thing, it would be a little more recognition that I have stayed here 20 + times over the years, and it feels like there is no system for knowing this, and they ask if this is your first time here... nice, but unnecessary
