The Spa is beautiful and offers varying packages.
Bathroom is spacious with large bath and shower area. The bath salts were lovely

A couple of suggestions to further improve this excellent hotel: (1) Some benches around the walking paths; (2) signage to provide info about the beautiful trees which dot the estate; (3) better quality coffee in each room.

Everything was lovely. The grounds are exceptional. The staff is exceptional
Unfortunately, our stay coincided with Ireland's summer hot wave. We were a little uncomfortable in our room in the evenings. Perhaps you might consider providing fans for your guests.

Gives the impression of a stately estate, its more a modern bland hotel, that maximises number of guests with superficial hospitality, average breakfast, dont go here if you want a warm friendly estate, 5 star on the marketing but doesnt meet expectations

It was a bit further outside of Killarney than I thought. Also I had hoped for a king room rather than two full beds.
The front desk staff were stupendous. They were so helpful. The rooms and facilities were much better than I was expecting. Especially in the common areas. Bar, restaurant, etc. They even had live entertainment in the lobby in the evening.

The hotel was located in a lovely parkland setting. I enjoyed the pool as I was lucky to swim when there were a few people in the pool. The spar treatment was lovely
We were put in a room the farthest away from reception the only bonus it was near the Health suite. We tried to change the room but we were unable to do so as the hotel was full. We booked a room with a view of the Parkland, however the view was obscured by trees and there was noise from the air-conditioning in the health suite. Other rooms on the same floor had doors opening onto a Terrace. In the room there was no kettle only a coffee machine and long life milk. When we asked for a kettle and fresh milk these were provided. There was no information in the room about the hotel the facilities. The food in the restaurant was okay, however it was more like a pub menu rather than a 5 star hotel. The breakfast was a very poor standard while there seem to be a wide selection. The quality of the food was very poor and not what you would expect. A 5 star hotel . The service at the bar was very slow and erratic. It was extremely expensive and this Day did not live up to the price we paid. I was very disappointed as this was meant to be a special stay for my birthday. I would not recommend the hotel and would certainly not be returning.
