El Hotel tie ubicacion muy buena para visitar la Ciudad,;las Habitaciones son confortables, y el servicio de Recepcion muy buena..!
Al realizar el Booking de una habitación deberian incluir el precio total porque al añadir los impuestos y otros el.Precio real es otro, y mas un detalle deberían incluir el desayuno en elnBooking.

Las camas son cómodas, el aire acondicionado cumple. En general no son malas habitaciones.
La televisión no funcionaba, a pesar de hacérselo saber en recepción en los dos días que nos quedamos no vinieron a arreglarlo. Así que no pudimos usar la tv.
El primer día pedimos cambio de sábanas por unas manchas, el segundo día hicieron la limpieza y volvieron a dejar sábanas manchadas. No tienen limpia zapatos como si los tienen en su sucursal LP Centro. En relación a amenities, mi mamá necesitaba cotonetes pero no los recargaron.
El hotel tiene una buena relación precio-calidad.
Al llegar a la propiedad tuve un inconveniente al momento de pagar la estadía. Me aconsejaba pagar de un modo que no me convenía, al querer cambiar usd en el mismo hotel para pagar la tarifa en bolivianos, me dicen que no. Quería que pague con tarjeta con recargo o en usd cash. Ante esta situación, solicité un recibo de lo que había pagado y me ofreció imprimirme un detalle de booking, pero no entregarme recibo oficial.
Por otro lado, las toallas podrían mejorarse.

que cuando llegue me cambiaron el precio de la reserva segun dice han incluido recien impuestos, deberian mostrar el precio final siempre.

A localização não é tão central, mas para um pernoite em santa cruz foi ótimo!
EL hotel LP Equipetrol está muy bien ubicado. Es un hotel con una relación calidad-precio aceptable y su personal fue amable al recibirme y el check-out fue sencillo de realizar.
La cama era muy incómoda, como si los colchones fueran viejos y sin resortes. El desayuno, podría ser un poco mejor en cuanto a variedad, pero en realidad no es un problema.
