la habitación donde alojaban mis padres adulto mayor tenía la cama pegada a la pared por lo que solicité un cambio de habitación a una que tuviera el borde libre para que sea mas cómodo. Por ese cambio nos cobraron 20.000 extra, por una habitación que no era si quiera mas espaciosa.
Mi habitación tenía la taza del baño a 1 metro de distancia de la almohada. Muy incómodo. Pedí cambio de habitación porque además era muy ruidosa y me dijeron que si podían pero tenía que pagar mas. La ventana no cerraba correctamente y olía mal la habitación. No volvería ni lo recomendaría
