Desayuno y ubicación positivos.

Cons:

El estado de la habitación. Mal cuidada. Cómo tomar. En la infraestructura, se nota que no hay renovación. La experiencia es, en general, de incomodidad.

Pros:

Muito bem localizada (bem perto mas não no centro), bairro organizado e tranquilo, decoração bonita e charmosa e os funcionários são excepcionais, muito prestativos e simpáticos (com destaque para o Henrique).

Cons:

Apesar de muito charmosa, a pousada é estruturada em madeira sem qualquer tratamento acústico. Ouve-se todo tipo de barulho a qualquer hora do dia ou da noite, incluindo passos e conversas.
O banheiro é extremamente pequeno e apertado e não estava bem limpo.

Un lugar agradable con un personal muy atento que hace la diferencia con otros lugares
Pros:

El lugar es tal cual en las fotos, todo muy limpio y ordenado

Cons:

Que el estacionamiento que tienen no es para autos muy bajos, tiene pendientes pronunciadas, lo cual se resuelve estacionándose en otro lugar muy cerca, pero que tampoco es tan accesible.

Es lindo y bien ubicado

Cons:

Lamentablemente, la pieza que ocupé era helada, le falta mejorar aislación térmica en techos y muros en 3 piso de mi habitación, lo otro me salió agua helada en la ducha, en habitaciones más grandes se veía que son mejores, pero la pequeña que estuve para una persona regular, los demás recintos, como estar, recepción y comedores bien

Very small and unpleant room. Very limited parking facilities
Pros:

Place very well located near downtown and Quinta Vergara. Breakfast was really good !

Cons:

The room I booked was very small with the toilette extremely close to the bed with absolutely no separation. Shower access quite small and absolutely no place (i.e. desk) to leave anything. Also the acoustic insulation was really poor. I could ear every snoring from the room close to mine ... very unpleasant to say the least.
Last but not the least, the parking they offered is full of limitations. If you're planning a stay with good parking facilities, this is not the place to book.

Pros:

La cama era cómoda, tenían cuenta de Netflix en la tele y la habitación era bastante espaciosa. También el desayuno es bastante contundente y siempre nos atendieron bien, el personal fué muy amable.

Cons:

La ducha tenía una gotera que se escuchaba toda la noche, tuvimos que poner una toalla para no oírla, no nos dieron toalla de mano para el baño, solo la toalla personal por persona. El espacio del inodoro es bastante pequeño para las piernas, alguien muy alto chocaría las rodillas. Y las piezas no tienen buena aislacion de ruido, se escucha todo de las otras piezas y de afuera.

Las habitaciones eran tal cual las fotos, áreas comunes muy lindas personal muy amable y atentos
Todo muy limpio el desayuno muy completo, cumplen con todo lo ofrecido. 10/10
