Check-in between 12:00 and 15:00 is possible for an additional fee of GBP 12.50 per room, subject to availability and by prior arrangement.
Luggage may be left at the apartments on the day of departure until 18:00 for an additional charge of GBP 5 per guest. A time for collection must be agreed, and luggage cannot be left any later than 18:00. Please note that occasionally this service may be unavailable.
You can leave luggage free of charge before check-in at 14.00.

La dame nous a accueilli chaleureusement.
Les photos devraient être réactualisés, elles ne correspondent plus du tout aux services attendus : façade très vieilles, énormément de pigeons et plusieurs sans-abris alcoolisés devant. Nous ne nous sommes pas sentis en sécurité.
Le parking payé 10 £ en espèce : sur la rue, sans garantie de sécurité.
La chambre est excessivement CHÈRE pour le service obtenu.
De plus, c’est vendu comme un hôtel 4 étoiles, cela ne les vaut certainement pas.
Location only
The room was grotty and far too small for 2 people. There was no wardrobe as there was no room for one. There was no chair as there was no room for one. There was no towel rail in the bathroom as there was no room for one. Additionally the bedsheets did not fit properly on the mattress which was a bit Icky.
The staff was friendly and very helpful, room was clean, location is great!

Expensive for the type of accommodation but usually find Scarborough are pricier than other seaside towns even for aged outdated buildings. Would stay again though as wouldn't pay more for anywhere else in the town.
It was supposed to be a hotel but was a bed and breakfast but had to pay extra for the breakfast
It was old and tired, barely no hot water as no pressure
Bedding was old, pillows were flat
Decor was poor
Loud and noisy outside at all hours with people shouting at each other

I was greeted by a lovely woman (for the life of me I can't remember her name) she was very welcoming and friendly from the moment I arrived, and was very helpful. The bedroom was nice and all the facilities were functional. The location is great as it's pretty central and just across the road from the station! Lovely stay!

The photo and description makes this sound much grander than it actually is.
It was surrounding a square where a number of homeless people slept.
We were charged £5 for a car park on waste ground where we parked for free last year staying in a different hotel.
The hotel was satisfactory but would not chose to go there again.
It was a last minute booking due to booked accommodation cancelling a few days earlier
