Pros:

New fresh apartment, it has everything whats needed for airbnb, new glasses, dishes, cutlery. It is quite spacious and very pleasant in general. The pool is clean and big, but very cold in August, we couldn't swim. The gym is excellent, my husband was surprised how good it is. Breakfast is also quite good, giving that they offer it for free for genious starus on booking

Cons:

Cleaning could be better, it seems that the apartment wasn't deep cleaned from construction after it was completed

Un immense merci également à tout le personnel, qui a su se rendre disponible et présent pour aider une amie à me faire une magnifique surprise. Ils sont allés récupérer un superbe bouquet de fleurs, des fruits ainsi qu’un joli panier afin que tout soit prêt à mon arrivée. Ce geste, réalisé avec beaucoup de gentillesse et de professionnalisme, m’a profondément touchée. Encore merci à toute l’équipe pour cette délicate attention qui a rendu mon séjour encore plus mémorable

Cons:

À mon arrivée, j’ai constaté un petit souci de propreté concernant le lit. Cependant, je tiens à souligner la réactivité du personnel, qui a immédiatement pris en compte ma remarque et envoyé quelqu’un pour résoudre le problème. Tout a été réglé très rapidement, ce qui témoigne de leur sérieux et de leur souci de la satisfaction des clients.
