A Worthy Stay
Pros:

The staff were excellent, we needed some docs scanned, they did these and helped us out, on top of that they were just welcoming and friendly.

Friendly, helpful staff, although need to communicate by Google translate! We really enjoyed our stay.

Pros:

The hotel is new & very clean. They offer free filtered water to refill drink bottles. The bathroom was beautiful & bed very comfortable.

Cons:

The location unfortunately is too far out from the old quarter. This hotel isn’t great for tourists to stay in if they are wanting to do things in the old quarter (main part of Hanoi)
