A very bad experience
Pros:

Rustic

Cons:

No signage on road. We had terrible trouble finding it.
The staff members attitude at breakfast was appalling. Was not interested in serving us. The food that was provided did not match what we ordered. It was advertised as a buffet breakfast but only 6 people staying. We understand it must be then an order system but when told there were extra charges for things we ordered this is not fair.

Pros:

The resort was good overall, including the friendly staff.
Restaurant staff in special were very friendly and helpful and were rewarded for this.

Cons:

My only complain is the staff close to reception talking at the early hours of the morning, could have been the lodge security, that did not allow us to fall a sleep.

Stay was overall a good experience and would return again.
Pros:

Breakfast was really good, quietness was ideal, staff was friendly especially the night shift who always kept the fire burning during cold nights.

Cons:

Towels were a bit hard - needs softening, additional blanket was not entirely clean and caused sneezing.

Pros:

It felt authentic and was very quiet at night. The restaurant has a really tasty vegetarian coconut wrap. The staff were excellent.

Cons:

There were some issues with the water, but those were handled professionally. The quality of the bed can be improved, though that did not keep us from sleeping like logs.
