Boa localização e bons funcionários, mas má infraestrutura de construção.

Os funcionários são excelentes! Limpeza excelente! Velocidade de internet boa.

Cons:

O barulho. Simplesmente as paredes não são insonorizadas e ouvia-se tudo e todos a toda a hora. Pessoas com música alta, pessoas no duche, pessoas na casa de banho, televisões, conversas. Dava para ouvir tudo.
