Very bad experience
Pros:

Staff & breakfast was Good

Cons:

Everything else! In was no water, under maintaince and nobody inform us in advance
Pool was dirty
No worthy at all
It did not even have body wash

We had a wonderful stay at Sababa Resort. The location is absolutely idyllic, and visiting during the off-season made the experience feel even more intimate, peaceful, and secluded. It was the perfect place to relax and unwind.

The facilities are exceptionally well maintained, and everything felt clean and cared for throughout our stay. The included breakfast was delicious, with plenty of options to start the day well.

One thing to note is that the town itself can be quite noisy at times, with music and occasional fireworks, but the hotel thoughtfully provides earplugs upon arrival, which we appreciated.

Communication with the hotel before and during our stay was efficient and responsive. However, there was one aspect that felt slightly disappointing. On the morning of check-out, we received a call reminding us to vacate the room while we were simply finishing packing our suitcases. Given that the resort was nearly empty at the time, the sense of urgency felt a little unnecessary and was something we had not encountered elsewhere during our travels.

That said, the staff were kind enough to store our luggage after check-out while we spent the day exploring nearby towns, which was very helpful and appreciated.

Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and only wish we had booked more nights. The beautiful setting, relaxing atmosphere, and excellent facilities made for a memorable experience, and we would happily return in the future.

La vista

Cons:

Tiene potencial sin embargo, le hace falta mantenimiento, limpieza profunda encontré polvo en las puertas de madera que se ve que lleva meses, las regaderas se ven sucias. En los cuartos compartidos le hace falta luz a cada cama como en los hostales y podrían convertirlo en un alojamiento mucho mejor, tienen suficiente espacio. Para viajar solo honestamente no es tan padre porque los huéspedes no traen el mood de hostal.

מלון מפנק לדעתי הכי יוקרתי בסן פדרו עם בריכה נחמדה ומפנקת ארוחת בוקר הכי טובה שאכלתי בכל גואטמלה כולל כל ה ירקות של סלט ישראלי טוב חדרים ברמה גבוהה מאוד. מלון פינוק. ממליצה מאוד. גם המיקום נהדר 4 דקות הליכה למרכז

It was a pleasant stay with a great pool area and view but the bathroom was quite dated.
Pros:

The staff was great. The pool area was beautiful!

Cons:

The facilities in the room are very basic…no air conditioning and very hot. The showers were basic. There was no shampoo, conditioner or lotion in the bathroom. It was expensive for what you get.

Great Location!!! Amazing Staff!!! Property Need Some TLC
Pros:

It’s a great property with great bones!!! It definitely needs some TLC. Power Washing, Painting and Updates would definitely improve the experience and look of the property
The staff is AMAZING!!!!! From Josefa at the reception area, to ALL of the ladies in the restaurant and the ground crew. Everyone greeted us with a warm smile and welcome every day!!

Curtains in the bedroom need to be replaced!
Pool needs a DEEP cleaning!!!

Beautiful resort and stunning pool and the waterfront view. Was a pleasure to stay in there

Cons:

No air conditioner in the rooms. Blackouts happened too often. For that price the resort can make sure to have a good generator. Not fair for guess to have cold showers on vocation

Pros:

Gentilezza dello staff, pulizia e colazione

Cons:

Piscina e spazi interni libero accesso agli esterni senza alcun controllo imposto dal regolamento dell'hotel. Ci siamo trovati persone dormire sulle poltrone dellla nostra stanza e svegliarci per il rumore causato dagli esterni nel pomeriggio.
