It was a pleasant stay with a great pool area and view but the bathroom was quite dated.
Pros:

The staff was great. The pool area was beautiful!

Cons:

The facilities in the room are very basic…no air conditioning and very hot. The showers were basic. There was no shampoo, conditioner or lotion in the bathroom. It was expensive for what you get.

Great Location!!! Amazing Staff!!! Property Need Some TLC
Pros:

It’s a great property with great bones!!! It definitely needs some TLC. Power Washing, Painting and Updates would definitely improve the experience and look of the property
The staff is AMAZING!!!!! From Josefa at the reception area, to ALL of the ladies in the restaurant and the ground crew. Everyone greeted us with a warm smile and welcome every day!!

Cons:

Definitely needs to be updated!!!!
Curtains in the bedroom need to be replaced!
Pool needs a DEEP cleaning!!!
The bathroom needs to be DEEP cleaned, there is mold!!!

Beautiful resort and stunning pool and the waterfront view. Was a pleasure to stay in there

Cons:

No air conditioner in the rooms. Blackouts happened too often. For that price the resort can make sure to have a good generator. Not fair for guess to have cold showers on vocation

Gentilezza dello staff, pulizia e colazione

Cons:

Piscina e spazi interni libero accesso agli esterni senza alcun controllo imposto dal regolamento dell'hotel. Ci siamo trovati persone dormire sulle poltrone dellla nostra stanza e svegliarci per il rumore causato dagli esterni nel pomeriggio.

Pros:

Breakfast was okay, however myself and my two friends got sick after staying at this resort. We don't know if it was the food or unsanitary water

Cons:

There were many fruit flies, understand that this is sometiems out of the resort's control but made our stay unpleasant

Franchement très déçue. Le personnel n’était pas du tout aimable ni à l’écoute. J’ai précisé que j’avais le vertige et que je ne pouvais pas dormir en hauteur, mais ça n’a absolument pas été pris en compte aucune solution proposée, zéro considération.
Côté propreté, c’est encore pire : salle de bain avec de la moisissure, literie sale, toilettes dans un état inacceptable. En plus, l’hostel était en travaux, ce qui n’était pas clairement annoncé.
J’ai également fait l’excursion Indian Nose avec eux, et là aussi déçue : ce n’était pas le point de vue classique où vont la majorité des gens, mais une autre vue. Ça aurait été bien de prévenir à l’avance qu’il s’agit d’un autre itinéraire / point de vue, afin de laisser le choix aux clients.

Une nuit m’a largement suffi.

Llegas caminando de donde bajas de lancha no hay problema con las maletas las calles estan bien y de este lado te quedan a 5 minutos los mejores bares y restaurantes ,la alberca y todo el hotel es muy bonito , el desayuno es buffet.

פשוט מדהים .
Pros:

ארוחת הבוקר היתה מעולה!! הצוות היה פשוט מדהים , חדר גדול ומרווח, מקחת מדהימה עם מים חמים( קשה מאוד למצוא מקלחות כאלה בגווטמאלה)
הכל היה פשוט מדהים! מחכה כבר לחזור בפעם הבאה☺️
