Resort in centrum San Pedro
Pros:

De locatie en de faciliteiten. Grote kamers, lekker ontbijt en veel te doen.

Cons:

Het kon iets properder + het personeel aan het ontbijt kon geen Engels.

Pros:

Las vistas son increíbles, el desayuno es bastante completo y rico, me asusté un poco cuando me dieron tapones de los oídos al llegar pero no se escucha NADA, perfecto para descansar y disfrutar de tu estancia.

Josefa ha sido muy amable conmigo y me ha atendido de maravilla cada vez que he ido con una consulta.

Cons:

El agua de la ducha sale bastante fría y las alcachofas están un poquito gastadas

A fine stay with great staff and a good location, but held back by poor cleanliness.
Pros:

The staff provided great customer service throughout our stay. The location in San Pedro La Laguna is an excellent base for exploring the different towns around Lake Atitlán. We also really enjoyed the breakfast.

Cons:

The cleanliness definitely needs improvement—the bathrooms and floors were quite dirty when we arrived. Additionally, the hotel asked guests for 5-star reviews in exchange for free drinks, which felt a bit disingenuous.

Good stay
Pros:

The hotel is beginning to look tired, I hope they make the effort to keep it going, it’s a great concept and in my opinion the best place to stay in San Pedro if you are looking for a bit of luxury in a very simple town. We got three rooms with view to the pool and the beds were super comfy and the rooms very clean, now that said, the room next to the pool toilets gets a draft of sewage, don’t get that room if possible.

Cons:

The restaurant staff seemed more interested in chatting to each other, and watching their phones rather than providing good service and attention at breakfast and dinner.

Hermoso lugar, requiere un poco de mantenimiento

Lugar bonito, excelentes vistas, muy buen desayuno

Cons:

Nice breakfast too!!
Beds in the dorm where quite comfortable! Nice facilities and restaurant and very nice to have a really warm shower after some months of travelling.

Cons:

The dorms were nice and being cleaned every day, although the tiles within the showers itself where not the cleanest..
