Ich würde wiederkommen.
Pros:

Das ZImmer war sehr großzügig und der Zugang überraschend einfach.

Cons:

Im Erdgeschoss war eine vietnamesische Hochzeit, die sehr laut Musik gemacht hat. Auch noch nach Mitternacht. Am Sonntag morgen konnte ich kein Lokal finden, dass mir Frühstück serviert hätte. Das kann aber an anderen Tagen besser sein.

Nettes Hotelzimmer in Berlin
Pros:

Großes geräumiges Zimmer mit Check-In per App. Alle notwendigen Informationen erhält man ein Tag vorher per WhatsApp. Kommunikation war sehr nett. Balkon war vorhanden. Betten waren groß, sehr bequem und mit einer Auswahl an Kissen. Zudem gab es eine große geräumige Couch. Parkplatz war kostenlos und direkt vor den Apartments.

Cons:

Alle Zimmer sind mit einem Balkon verbunden - Fenster sollten also verschlossen bleiben. Im Badezimmer haben zwei Fliesen geklebt, sonst war es aber sauber. Feuermelder waren abgeklebt.

Great location, comfortable stay, and excellent communication from the host.
Pros:

It’s in a very convenient location with parking available, and the room was clean and comfortable. Communication was great as well, they responded quickly and were very helpful before and throughout the stay.

Cons:

The walls are a bit thin, so some noise from neighboring rooms could be heard at times. I could hear my neighbor snoring during the night.

Pros:

The room was very nice, looked new and right next to a tram stop. Also you are next to an asian market, so you always have restaurants and stores nearby. Big plus is free parking.

Cons:

I think the biggest downfall was that the rooms are right above a big rental space for weddings and parties. We unfortunately were here when wedding was taking place and the loud karaoke ended around 23:30 but only after we complained. Because it was right under we could physically feel the drums and base shaking our room. I wrote to the owner and they managed to stop it, but be carefull about when you are booking. Also we did not liked how messy the place was outside - trash, cans, broken glass on the street etc.

Sehr angenehmer Urlaub, Empfehlung für jeden Kurztripp.
Pros:

Geräumiges Zimmer, sehr sauber und für diese Hotelkategorie, gut ausgestattet.
Das elektronische Schließsystem hat gut funktioniert.

Cons:

Leider fehlte ein Kühlschrank.

Wechselnde Wassertemperatur in der Duschewar…. mal kalt und dann wieder heiß.

Wenn man in diesem Teil Berlins zu tun hat, jederzeit eine gute Übernachtungsmöglichkeit.
Pros:

Das Zimmer ist wohnlich und komfortabel eingerichtet. Excellente Größe, sogar mit Zugang zu einem Balkon. Frische Luft hereinzulassen war somit jederzeit gegeben. In der dritten Etage empfand ich es als außergewöhnlich leise und abgeschirmt. Mich hat nichts gestört. Die Tram hält direkt vor der Haustür, sodass die Mobilität für Berlin jederzeit gegeben war. Das Personal war bei Fragen oder Unsicherheiten, z.B. Schließsystem über APP jederzeit erreichbar, äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Rundrum super!

Can highly recommend for anyone wanting to visit Berlin for a short trip.
Pros:

Very close to the city centre, nice and fast communication by tram, with a stop just by the building.
Extremely spacious and clean apartment, with numerous parking spaces.
Host was very nice and provided detailed instructions on how to arrive and check in.
