Mediocre motel near the road
Pros:

The rooms are fashion, new and very clean.

Cons:

The location is awful, near (5 meters) a roadway. It's like an american motel, with no privacy and zero charm. The pool is near the road and you can just use it a certain hours. No breakfast and no service. Check-out is early (for no reason at all). Very bad quality-price relation in regard of what you can find nearby. I don't recommend it.

Soggiorno piacevole
Pros:

La struttura è nuovissima, moderna e curata in ogni dettaglio. La pulizia è impeccabile, sia negli appartamenti che nella piscina e nelle aree esterne. Un plauso anche al personale, sempre molto gentile, disponibile e rapido nel soddisfare ogni richiesta.

Cons:

Come già segnalato da altri ospiti, la struttura è vicina alla strada e gli appartamenti al piano terra offrono poca privacy e la vista alla siepe davanti non è il massimo. Inoltre, pur essendo molto bella, manca un po' dell'atmosfera tipicamente greca, avendo uno stile piuttosto moderno e internazionale.

Minor detail that the coffee capsules were not refilled once we run out of them
Lights went out completely after 12.00 which was not perfect because it got dark afterwards

Pros:

Πολύ κοντά στη θάλασσα αλλά και την πόλη της Φοινικούντας (3' με το αυτοκίνητο και τα δύο), έχει κοντά φαρμακείο, καφέ, παντοπωλείο, βενζινάδικο και μαγειρείο. Αρκετά ευρύχωρο και καλά εξοπλισμένο.

Cons:

Δεν είναι ότι δε μας άρεσε απλά το σημειώνω για υποψήφιους επισκέπτες, η πισίνα είναι ανοιχτή 10πμ-2μμ και 5.30μμ-8μμ.
