Enjoyed our stay at The Wilding and would definitely return
Pros:

Good location off the A66 which was good to break our journey. Restaurant on site was good and offered good value.

Cons:

Unfortunately we had a fire alarm go off in the night during our stay.

Excellent oasis
Pros:

The location is excellent just off the A66 in a very quiet, peaceful village. Large car park, Friendly staff and an easy check in process. Standards are obviously high from the actual presentation of the interiors to the staff everything was of a very high standard.

Lovely place to unwind before exploring the Yorkshire Dales
Pros:

The hotel is lovely throughout. Staff were super friendly and helpful providing me with a sandwich in my room despite the fact that they stopped serving food in the bar. Very comfortable rooms and lovely outside area to sit and have a drink. Beautiful village and lovely place to unwind.

Lovely hotel in a lovely place
Pros:

I love little Brough, it's a hidden gem and the hotel was a lovely place to stay. The staff were very friendly, the hotel clean and tidy, the room very comfortable, the food was good and parking was easy

Wonderful place to visit, a hidden gem.
Pros:

From the moment we arrived the gent that checked us in was very friendly and entertaining, turned out he was also the bar manager, he offered us drinks while we checked in and set us up a tab straight away.
The reception, bar and restaurant are very well designed and where very warm and comfortable.
The room was first class, facilities where excellent, we even had a proper coffee machine in the room.
We stayed in 7 locations over 7 nights and this was by far the best.
Food was defiantly 5 star and some, highly recommended.

Cons:

That we only stayed for one night.

Ok.. prob would not stay again as expensive for what you get .

The staff were so friendly . Great location

Cons:

Our bed was small. Also it was next to the room where they store bedding , towels etc and was noisy early morning and woke us up.
The dinner menu was not to our liking .

This hotel is absolutely gorgeous! It’s so clean, decorated well, food is amazing and the staff are wonderful! Even the locals were incredibly friendly and welcoming.

Cons:

Absolutely nothing, we will 100% be returning and recommending to others.
