Room was very clean and big. Staff was very polite and food was amazing.
We had a stroller and with us and there was no lift to take to room. Although staff arranged something where we could put it.

The reception gave the same key room to another guy so I had a strange man enter my room at 22 h past out of the blue and then I couldn’t sleep anymore feeling unsafe there. The reception explained why that happened and they also compensated it in a nice way but I’m still shaken by that. The garbage was not taken from the room for 2 days even if someone was in the room. They only entered to spray an awful perfume and it is really not needed. Such spray can be toxic and I really did not enjoy it.
The hotel itself is very comfortable and cozy, and the staff are extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful. I really enjoyed my stay.
If I were rating the hotel alone, I would definitely give it 5 stars. However,
Because of the restaurant experience, I would give the overall stay 4 stars. Other than that, I had a very pleasant experience at the hotel and would be happy to stay there again.
The restaurant is managed separately, and unfortunately, the staff there were quite rude and their attitude was disappointing.
The room smelled like mold wasn't cleaned very well. Otherwise is was good hotel.

Класний готель. Гарна, простора кімната. В кімнаті є все необхідне. Привітний персонал. Близько до парку. Єдиний мінус, трохи далеко від ж/д вокзалу, без транспорту не обійтися. А так все чудово.
I had a very nice stay at this hotel. Both ladies at reception were incredibly kind, welcoming and always happy to help. I especially appreciated the help from the lady who was there when I first arrived, as I had quite a few questions. She even helped me book a bus ticket to my next destination, which was outside of Romania, and everything went perfectly. She also gave me some good suggestions of things to visit.
The room was nice and comfortable, with a small balcony, and the air conditioning worked extremely well. My room was cleaned every day whenever I put the sign on the door.
The hotel also has a restaurant, which is very convenient when you don’t feel like going out for lunch or dinner, and the food was good. Breakfast was also very good and quick, and can be purchased separately.
The hotel is a little outside the city centre, but Bolt rides are very inexpensive, and walking into the centre is quite pleasant in summer. The advantage of being slightly further away is that the area is quiet, so I wasn’t disturbed by noise.
Overall, a very pleasant stay, and a special thank you to the two lovely ladies at reception for being so helpful!
The water in the shower could have been a little hotter. Also, while it was nice to have a small balcony, the view from mine wasn’t particularly attractive.
The location may also be worth keeping in mind if you specifically want to stay right in the city centre, although for me the quiet surroundings and easy access to inexpensive Bolt rides, at any time day and night, made up for it.
Just fyi: there is no reception at night, but they have a very convenient system in place: if you arrive late, as I did, they send you all the information you need in advance, including the Wi-Fi password and access codes.
