Pros:

Es war sauber und allgemein gab es nichts zu beklagen. Der Parkplatz ist durch eine enge Zufahrt zu erreichen jedoch habe ich mit einem Skoda Fabia (BJ2024) ohne Probleme durch gepasst, man muss nur langsam fahren da es sehr eng ist aber es geht und mit dem gängigen Autos kann man da Parken. Ansicht sind dort allerdings nur zirka 6 oder 8 Plätze vorhanden. Auf der Straße kann man notfalls auch kostenlos parken.
Die Lage ist sehr gut, die Straßenbahn ist zufuss in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Direkt neben dem Hotel gibt es ein Lidl Supermarkt und bei der Straßenbahn Station auch einen Netto. Personal habe ich keins gesehen, über einen Code erhält man seinen Zimmer Schlüssel. Vor dem Eingang im Hinterhof ist auch eine kleine Sitzgelegenheit wo man rauchen kann.

Pros:

Die Lage ist super, 10 Minuten vom Hauptbahnhof.
Ein Discounter direkt nebenan, Parkplatz auf dem Hof.
Zimmer sehr sauber und alles da was man benötigt.

Ich bin sehr zufrieden gewesen
Pros:

Man hat mir ein ruhiges Zimmer gegeben. Bei offenen Fenstern hörte man nur die Bahn.

Cons:

Ich habe den Kühlschrank ausgesteckt weil er mir zu laut war

Zu empfehlen
Pros:

Alles neu und das meiste auch sehr sauber. Inklusive Handtücher und Duschgel und sogar Föhn. Lidl direkt nebenan und sonst wohl auch ein Vietnamese, der hatte aber leider gerade Urlaub. Sonst alles top. Checkin mit Schlüsselbox sehr einfach und komfortabel und zeitlich unabhängig.

Cons:

In den Schränken sollte auch mal geputzt werden ;) da lagen noch Kekskrümel vom Vormieter, sonst aber alles top
