Se destaca la naturaleza de un hotel boutique, con atención personalizada, el trato amistoso de todo el staff y como broche de oro, conocer a sus dueños con cuyo proyecto me siento identificado. Conocía Holbox y seleccioné el hotel por la ubicación frente al mar. Las cenas en un marco inmejorable, con un chef de lujo, dejó huella de paraíso en mi familia.
Como mejora, agregaría frigobar en las habitaciones y puertas herméticas en los baños.

Waiters were making simple mistakes, joking around and being loud while customers are on the beach looking for a peacefull time.
Even if breaksfast was included they asked for tips for a service that was already paid, and the Fruits were served warm for breakfast, i asked if it was possible to served them cold, they say wasnt possible. It was off putting.
We had the most amazing stay! The Hotel and its beach area felt like Paradise! The staff was super friendly and very attentive.

Clean well manicured property. The entire place is well decorated with lots of shells, natural wood and macrame.
Staff are all extremely helpful and go above and beyond. The restaurant has delicious food we only ate a meal once off property.
Beach is the nicest I’ve ever been to with blue calm water, a very gradual incline and no trash or seaweed. The loungers are included and very comfortable the resort was intimate and never felt crowded.
There is some street noise it can’t be avoided with everyone including taxi drivers driving side by sides.
I like everything about the property. We will stay there again.
Staff is incredibly friendly. They work hard to remember your name and any dietary preferences. Good breakfast served directly on the beach. Plenty of beach chairs/umbrellas/loungers to accommodate guests. Quiet in the evenings. Cleaning staff attentive and thorough.
