I had a very disappointing stay

Cons:

I had a very disappointing stay. The room had a strong cigarette smell, and the blankets were not clean. The towels were also dirty and looked like they had not been properly washed.
The staff were not helpful or cooperative, which made the experience even worse. During our stay, the elevators were not working, so we had to carry our luggage up to the third floor using the stairs, which was very inconvenient.
Overall, this was a poor experience. I would not recommend this hotel, especially for families.
