Cons:

抵達前就在傳付款訊息，匯完款小管家就在問當日抵達時間，等抵達後他們也沒有問訂房人姓名就又要再跟我們收費，我說已經匯款過了還一臉茫然
還把我們跟另一組客人搞錯，叫我們停車到包棟車位，另一組客人衝出來罵才發現自己認錯人，我們被罵的莫名其妙，剛抵達就一肚子氣
最後車停到堤防上的停車場，我就問那你跟我要車號幹嘛？堤防要登記喔？抵達時也沒看你們認車號啊
