Pros:

Розташування неподалік від автовокзалу. Привітний адміністратор. Кулер з водою. Можливість викликати нічне таксі через адміністратора. Чиста постіль та рушники. Багато туалетного паперу (навдивування)

Cons:

На нашому поверсі жило декілька сімей з маленькими дітьми. Наш короткий (і добре що) відпочинок між автобусом і ранньою поїздкою до аеропорту не склався. Шум стояв до 12ї ночі, звукоізоляції ніякої, порядку і поваги до сусідів ніякої, умовляння адміністратора (з його слів) бути тихіше не подіяли. Я чула як рухають меблі, стільці, насипають їсти, стукають посудом, кричать та дискутують в коридорі, бігають та граються діти. Добре що я мала беруші та була дуже втомленою, що через 2 години я відключилась.
У колеги в номері стояв тютюновий дим, що заходив через вентиляцію. У мене в ванній кімнаті були сліди використання унітазу до мене. Чайник поламаний, розетка для нього прямо біля ліжку, холодильник теж потрібно було тягти до ліжка щоб підключити. В номері не зовсім чисто. Урни для сміття не було.

Pros:

Мы были тут 2 раз, номер нам предоставили тот же самый. Но в этот раз уже не пахло сигаретами и не было таких шумных соседей.

Может быть на недолгое пребывание
Pros:

Приятная цена и супер расположение к тому как ездит автобус на Батуми, нам очень было важно чтоб не далеко было от остановки. Можно было заселится в любое время. Работал кондиционер это + так как было прохладно на улице и свежо в номере и можно было отопить. В номере было шампуньки и по 1 полотенцу на человека 👍
За свою цену даже не плохо, если нужно переночевать 1 ночь.

Cons:

Очень ночью было шумно, дети бегали босиком по коридору в 1-2 ночи и ругались взрослые под нашими дверями . В нашем номере были очень грязные стены, как будто кто-то кроссовками специально вымазывал. Пахло сигаретами….Чайник есть, но не было ни чашек не ложек 😅

Friendly staff, looks fancy, good value

They advertise that they have breakfast but actually they don't. There's also jacuzzi in the booking.com page but not in the hotel

Bad, and it do not meet a raiting.
Pros:

It basically was cleen

Cons:

1. There is sigarets smell in the room.
2. The window was impossible to close, that is was very loudy (there is a street nex to window, and a lot of cars and truck on it), so we could not sleep well.
3. Curtain was not cleen, smells with cigarettes and damaged.
