Una buon soggiorno a Lubiana

Come definito in precedenza, la posizione rispetto al centro.
La camera era pulita e spaziosa.
Il bagno, pulito e grande.
La colazione se pur internazionale era abbondante e soddisfacente.

Cons:

Credo che nel 2026 non sia concepibile che un Hotel classificato 3 stelle non abbia la possibilità di un pagamento con la carta di credito, è semplicemente anacronistico, come inopportune sono state le giustificazioni dai responsabili, le parole sono sitate più o meno queste "ci sono istituti che saldano a 30 gg altri dopo ancora", ribaltare i problemi di incasso sui clienti quando questi ultimi non hanno colpe, mi pare un fuori luogo.
Poi se mi si dice se potrei ritornare, non sarebbe la mia prima scelta, ma non avrei problemi a soggiornarci nuovamente.

Pros:

Micul dejun a fost bun, personalul amabil, locația acceptabilă.
La plecare am primit apa și sucuri pentru drum ceea ce mi s-a părut drăguț!

Cons:

Totul este foarte mic și înghesuit, parcă te strânge, camera, baia, sala pentru mic dejun, holurile înguste și alambicate ,de parcă spațiul nu a fost proiectat inițial pentru a fi hotel..

Pros:

The hotel has a great location: the old town, the National Gallery, and Tivoli Park can all be reached within 10–15 minutes of relaxed walking.

The rooms are modern, very clean, and the beds are extremely comfortable. The continental breakfast was also really good: varied, fresh, and tasty, with vegetables as well as warm and cold options.

A special mention goes to the hotel staff. They handled our issue with the room professionally, politely, and in a very friendly, solution-oriented way. A big thank you especially to Sara at reception.

Cons:

I deducted two points because of the room we were initially given. It was a corner room on the first floor, facing a large parking area, with the windows almost at the same level as the parked cars. The parking area was used throughout the night, and it felt as if the cars were driving right past the room. Some people were also talking loudly outside, and it felt almost as if they were inside the room.

After we complained, we were immediately given a new room on the second floor. This room was very good, had proper sound insulation, and we slept very well there.
A friendly note to the management: you are probably aware of the issue with that particular room, and perhaps there is a way to improve it.
Overall, a very good hotel with excellent staff — just be careful with rooms facing the parking area on the first floor.
