Great budget friendly place to stay. Nice and clean with very friendly staff :-)
Pros:

Good location. We were on an interrail trip and it was ideally located between the station and all attractions etc. Really like the 24/7 hot drinks from the kitchen/breakfast area :-)

Cons:

Nothing at all.

Locatie en het personeel

Cons:

Te duur voor wat het biedt aan faciliteiten.
Ontbijt is in een karig hok met weinig zitplaatsen.
Het is een gebouw met ook privé appartementen.
Buiten is het een rommeltje en de entree ligt in een donker en op niet erg vriendelijke plek.

Emplacement stratégique à égale, distance, des musées, du parc Tivoli, de l’hyper centre piéton. Vaste chambre, vaste salle de bain, propreté, calme, côté cour, amabilité du personnel.

Cons:

Absence d’ascenseur, mais il n’y avait qu’un étage à monter. Absence de possibilité de payer par carte bancaire. Ce qui a nécessité une provision d’espèces: anachronique en 2026.

Zentral und modern mit einigen Abstrichen
Pros:

Gute Lage, nahe der Innenstadt. Ein (kostenpflichtiger) Parkplatz steht zur Verfügung. Die Ausstattung ist modern, das Frühstücksbuffet reichhaltig. Man wird mit netten kleinen Geschenken versorgt.

Cons:

Die vielen beleuchteten Schaltpanels sind in der Nacht sehr hell, zudem steuern sie nicht alles. Es gibt kaum Steckdosen, diejenigen an den Lampen sind aus wenn die Lampen nicht brennen. Man kann nur bar zahlen, das ist heute nicht mehr zeitgemäss.

Good hotel
Pros:

The staff were very friendly and helpful. They spoke good English. The included breakfast was excellent. The room was clean and comfortable with plenty of natural light and openable windows. A kettle was provided.

Sobe so moderno urejene, udobne in čiste.
Zajtrk je zelo raznovrsten in okusen.
Ob prihodu in odhodu sva prejela darilo.
Lokacija je idealna - v bližini centra, a dovolj oddaljena, da se izogneš hrupu.

Cons:

Ob prihodu naju je mlajša receptorka oziroma študentka pospremila do parkirišča in naju usmerila na parkirno mesto, kjer je bilo postavljeno plastično varovalo. Ker imava nižji avto, je prišlo do kontakta z varovalom, pri čemer so se poškodovale plastike pod vozilom in sprednji odbijač.
Trk je bil precej glasen, zato sva prepričana, da ga je zaposlena slišala, vendar je še pred najinim odzivom odhitela nazaj v hotel, ne da bi preverila situacijo ali se z nama pogovorila.
Dogodek sva nato omenila osebju na recepciji, kjer sva prejela zgolj odgovor: »Smo videli na kameri, izvolita kartice od sobe.«
Ob odjavi sva imela za receptorko še nekaj vprašanj, vendar je bila ta zatopljena v pogovor z zaposleno iz jedilnice, zato se je vsako vprašanje zdelo odveč.
Hotel sva sicer obiskala že drugič, vendar sva bila tokrat zelo razočarana nad odnosom zaposlenih.
